Takahiro Fujimoto

Biography

Takahiro Fujimoto (藤本 隆宏, Fujimoto Takahiro, born July 21, 1970) is a Japanese actor and a former swimmer born in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture. He graduated from Waseda University College of Human Sciences. He is affiliated with Hillstone Enterprise. He was previously a member of the Shiki Theater Company (Gekidan Shiki). As a swimmer, he set a Japanese record in the 200m and 400m individual medley and participated in the Olympic Games for the second time in a row. At the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, he became the first Japanese finalist in the same category in the 400m individual medley. He joined the Shiki Theater Company and became an actor. Adele Silva

Biography

Adele Silva has been one of the most popular faces on British screens for two decades. A graduate of the world famous Sylvia Young Theatre School, Silva is best known for her long running role as Kelly Windsor in top-rated British television drama Emmerdale (1972), for which the Daily Express described her as "soap's sexiest star." Silva made her screen acting debut opposite Sylvester McCoy and Sophie Aldred in a scene from Doctor Who: Survival: Part Three (1989), which also has its place in history as the last transmitted episode of the original series of Doctor Who (1963). She followed this with guest appearances in popular British television shows such as The Bill (1984), EastEnders (1985) and Mr. Majeika (1988). Adele then joined the cast of Emmerdale (1972) and was at the centre of dozens of dramatic storylines, working with the likes of Patsy Kensit, Patrick Mower and Linda Thorson. During a break from the show she guested in episodes of The Courtroom (2004) and Mile High (2003). She also spent a year of further acting training at the world-renowned Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Shortly after quitting Emmerdale (1972) in 2007, Silva took part - and came second in - hit reality show Hell's Kitchen (2005) with fiery chef Marco Pierre White. The same year she starred opposite Spandau Ballet legend Gary Kemp in the short film Karma Magnet (2008), directed by his brother, Martin Kemp. Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Gautham Vasudev Menon

Biography

Gautham Menon was a student of mechanical engineering at Mookambigai College of Engineering and graduated in the batch of 1993, and his time there inspired him to make his lead characters of Minnale and Vaaranam Aayiram, students of the same course. He claims to have been inspired by films such as Dead Poet's Society and Nayagan and expressed his desire to his parents to change career path and become a filmmaker and consequently wrote his first film at his college hostel. His mother insisted he became an ad film maker by shooting various commercials and took an apprenticeship under filmmaker Rajiv Menon. He went on to work as an assistant director for Minsaara Kanavu in 1997, in which he also appeared in a cameo role.

Bobby Deol (born January 27, 1969) is an Indian film actor who works in Hindi films. In a career spanning more than two decades, he has appeared in over forty films and is the recipient of a Filmfare Award and a Filmfare Best Actor Award nomination. He is the son of Dharmendra and the brother of Sunny Deol, also a successful actor in the Indian Film Industry. Stéphane Bak (born 19 September 1996) is a Franco-Congolese actor and comedian. He was showcased as "The youngest comedian in France," in 2012. As an actor his most notable film roles include Christopher Barratier's Team Spirit, David Moreau's Alone, and Paul Verhoeven’s award-winning Elle. More recently, Bak has starred in André Téchiné’s Farewell to the Night and Joël Karekezi’s The Mercy of the Jungle. Bak was born in Le Blanc-Mesnil, Seine-Saint-Denis. Bak is of Congolese origin; his father is a delivery driver and his mother is a receptionist, and he has four brothers and sisters. In 2011, he was expelled from high school and forced to take correspondence courses. He was authorised by the French Department of Social Affairs to start working at the age of 14. Bak started his career as a stand-up comedian in December 2010, performing in the small clubs of Paris, most notably at Le Palace and at Théâtre Trévise. In 2011, he participated in the Montreux Comedy Festival alongside the comedic duo Les Chevaliers du fiel. In September 2012, he performed at Grand Rex as part of the evening "Rire ensemble contre le racisme", broadcast on France 2 in prime time before two million viewers. He also appeared at Casino de Paris for "Le Concert solidaire" organized in September 2012 for the 30th anniversary of the organization Handicap International. Spotted by the creators of the show Bref who took him under their wing, he participated in the episode "Bref. J'ai eu 30 ans", alongside Kyan Khojandi. In 2016, he appeared as Omar in Paul Verhoeven's Elle, and as Jules in Christophe Barratier's Team Spirit. In 2017, he played Dodji in David Moreau's Alone. In 2018, Bak had his first lead role as Private Faustin, in Joel Karekezi's The Mercy of the Jungle, which had its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 8. Bak was selected as one of eight rising stars at the festival, through the yearly "TIFF Rising Star" programme. He also voiced Miles Morales / Spider-Man for the French dub of Peter Ramsey's Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. In 2019, he appeared as Bilal in André Téchiné's drama Farewell to the Night, which premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival on 12 February. That same year Bak starred alongside Fionn Whitehead in Sebastian Schipper's film Roads, which was previously known as Caravan. The film had its world premiere at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival. Tony Blackburn

Biography

Antony Kenneth Blackburn is an English disc jockey, singer and TV presenter. Blackburn first achieved fame broadcasting on the pirate stations Radio Caroline and Radio London in the 1960s, before joining the BBC, on the BBC Light Programme. Blackburn was the first disc jockey to broadcast on BBC Radio 1 at its launch, on 30 September 1967, and has had several stints working for the corporation. He has also worked for Capital London and Classic Gold Digital, and currently BBC Radio 2, BBC Local Radio, and British Forces Broadcasting Service. He has also had a singing career. As a DJ, Blackburn is known for his championing of Motown and soul music as well as his legendary presenting style.
