Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. George Robert Newhart (born September 5, 1929), known professionally as Bob Newhart, is an American stand-up comedian and actor. Noted for his deadpan and slightly stammering delivery, Newhart came to prominence in the 1960s when his album of comedic monologues The Button-Down Mind of Bob Newhart was a worldwide bestseller and reached #1 on the Billboard pop music charts—it remains the 20th best-selling album in history. The follow-up album, The Button-Down Mind Strikes Again! was also a massive success, and both albums held the Billboard #1 and #2 spots simultaneously, a feat unequaled until the 1991 release of Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II by hard rock band Guns N' Roses. Newhart later went into acting, starring in two long-running and prize-winning situation comedies, first as psychologist Dr. Robert "Bob" Hartley on the 1970s sitcom The Bob Newhart Show and then as innkeeper Dick Loudon on the 1980s sitcom Newhart. He also had a third sitcom that was short-lived and initially successful but was soon canceled, named Bob. Newhart also appeared in film roles such as Major Major in Catch-22, and Papa Elf in Elf. He provided the voice of Bernard in the Walt Disney animated films The Rescuers and The Rescuers Down Under. One of his most recent roles is the library head Judson in The Librarian. Kyoko Donowaki (堂ノ脇 恭子), born on January 4, 1965, is a Japanese actress and voice artist. Kyoko is associated with the BDP Children's Theater group "Daikina Yume" as an instructor and is affiliated with Office A-Z. Shila Ommi

Biography

Shila Vosough Ommi is an American actress, director, writer and producer who was born in Tehran, Iran, and grew up in Los Angeles. She has directed and produced award winning plays in Los Angeles, and for over a decade she toured internationally under the name Shila Vosough in an Iranian-American theater production company performing plays in Persian. Shila directed the feature film, 'Wake Up Sleeping Beauty', a psychological dramatic film about a young Iranian-American woman waking up from cultural trappings and 'curses,' and coming into her own power. It was produced by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. A graduate of UCLA, Ommi received a Departmental Honors for a 'Bachelor of Science in Biological Anthropology' minoring in Biology, where she wrote a published thesis on 'Parental Investment Among Vervet Monkeys.' She later attended the Ruskin School of Acting where she studied under the tutelage of John Ruskin and Sir Anthony Hopkins. In addition to emceeing charities, hosting award shows, moderating and occasionally performing stand-up comedy, Ommi is also a prolific voice-over artist narrating documentaries and voicing characters in animated TV and web series.

Alison Elizabeth "Ali" Larter (born February 28, 1976) is an American actress best known for playing the dual roles of Niki Sanders and Tracy Strauss on the NBC science fiction drama Heroes. She also appeared in guest roles on several television shows in the 1990s. Her screen debut came in the 1999 film Varsity Blues, followed by the horror films House on Haunted Hill and Final Destination. Major supporting roles in the comedy Legally Blonde and the romantic comedy A Lot Like Love led her to lead roles as the titular character in the Bollywood film Marigold and in the 2009 thriller Obsessed. Martin Gerald Sherman (born December 22, 1938) is an American dramatist and screenwriter best known for his 20 stage plays which have been produced in over 60 countries. He rose to fame in 1979 with the production of his play Bent, which explores the persecution of homosexuals during the Holocaust. Bent was a Tony nominee for Best Play in 1980 and won the Dramatists Guild's Hull-Warriner Award. It was adapted by Sherman for a major motion picture in 1997 and later by independent sources as a ballet in Brazil. Sherman is an openly gay Jew, and many of his works dramatize "outsiders," dealing with the discrimination and marginalization of minorities whether "gay, female, foreign, disabled, different in religion, class or color." Gillian Jacobs (born October 19, 1982) is an American film, theatre and television actress, best known for her role as Britta Perry on the NBC comedy series Community. Jacobs was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her mother, Martina Magenau Jacobs, was a Carnegie Mellon University director of alumni relations at the Heinz College. Her father, William F. Jacobs Jr., was an investment banker.She was raised in the Pittsburgh suburb of Mt. Lebanon. She is of French, German, Irish, and Scottish descent. Her family owned the Jackson Koehler Eagle Brewery, established in 1847 in Erie, Pennsylvania, where her grandfather, John Martin Magenau Jr., served as President and CEO until its closure in 1978. Jacobs began studying acting at the age of eight, and attended acting classes on Saturdays at the Pittsburgh Playhouse while growing up.She performed with the Pittsburgh Public Theater, where she was a perennial contender in the Public's Shakespeare Monologue Contest, leading her to be cast as Titania in its production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. After graduating from Mt. Lebanon High School in 2000, Jacobs moved to New York City, New York to attend the Juilliard School, where she was a member of the Drama Division's Group 33. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Bentley Mitchum (born February 22, 1967) is an American actor who has appeared in about 40 films and TV series, including Sundance grand jury prize winner Ruby in Paradise, The Man in the Moon, The Wonder Years, Conviction, Susie Q, Meatballs 4 and Demonic Toys and Shark Attack. Bentley also became the first American actor to play lead in an Indian Tamil film, Little John opposite Jyothika. Bentley is the grandson of actor Robert Mitchum, the son of actor Christopher Mitchum and the nephew of actor James Mitchum. His acting debut was with them in a TV movie, Promises to Keep, in which the three actors played characters with corresponding relationships. Bentley attended USC and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in drama. He also started a band called The Velvet Box. Bentley has two daughters, Allexanne Mitchum, from his marriage to Samra Wolfin, and Carrington Mitchum, from his marriage to Jaime Anstead. His daughter Allexanne died on July 3, 2019, from undisclosed causes.

Kanjeng Raden Tumenggung Irwan Susetyo Pakusadewo, better known by the stage name Tio Pakusadewo (born 2 September 1963), is an Indonesian actor. He has won two Citra Awards for Best Leading Actor at the Indonesian Film Festival, for Lagu untuk Seruni (1990) and Identitas (2008). Tio was born on 2 September 1963 in Jakarta. He showed interest in the arts at an early age, taking up dance while in elementary school. In senior high he was active with the school's theatre troupe, and after graduating in 1985 Tio enrolled in the Jakarta Art Institute. On the side he worked as a model, and in 1987 he made his feature film debut playing opposite Rano Karno in Bilur-Bilur Penyesalan (Stripes of Regret), an adaptation of the novel by Mira W. In 1988 Tio took four roles, including one in Catatan Si Boy II (Boy's Diary II), which gave him national recognition. His fame was cemented through his role in Garin Nugroho's Cinta Dalam Sepotong Roti (Love in a Slice of Bread; 1990), which won the Citra Award for Best Film at the 1991 Indonesian Film Festival. Also in 1991, Tio received his first Citra Award for acting, for his role as an eccentric composer in Lagu Untuk Seruni. During the early 1990s the domestic film industry faced a steep decline, and Tio began to focus on soap operas. In 1993 he established his own production hous, Kalbuku, which produced several serials, including Desy (1994), Lakon Tiga Duda (Story of Three Widowers; 1994), Anak-Anak Menteng (Children of Menteng; 1996), Telaga Kesabaran (Lake of Patience; 1996), and Tirai Sutra (Silk Curtains; 1996).[3] The company, although initially highly successful, soon faced financial problems and closed; Tio also began facing a drug addiction. His last feature film role of the millennium was in Kuldesak (Dead End), an indie film co-directed by Mira Lesmana, Riza Mantovani, Riri Riza and Nan Triveni. The film was released in 1999. Tio would not reenter the film industry until 2004, when he portrayed a "sugar daddy" in Hanny Saputra's film Virgin. His next film role, in Nia Dinata's Berbagi Suami (Love for Share; 2006), was as a polygamist who fears his four wives. Since 2007, Tio has appeared in at least two films every year. These span a variety of genres, including the horror film Legenda Sundel Bolong (Legend of Sundel Bolong; 2007), comedy Quickie Express (2007), drama Sang Penari (The Dancer; 2011), and thriller Pintu Terlarang (The Forbidden Door; 2009). In 2010 Tio was granted the title Kanjeng Raden Tumenggung from the royal court at Sultanate of Yogyakarta; from which he is descended. Fenech was born in Bône (now Annaba), in French Algeria to a Maltese father and Sicilian mother. From the late 1960s to early 1980s, Fenech starred in many types of European movies. She is best known for her erotic comedies, and began to work in that field in the late 1960s with Austrian director Franz Antel. Fenech also achieved fame with giallo and sex films such as Five Dolls for an August Moon, Your Vice Is a Locked Room and Only I Have the Key and Sex with a Smile, many of which were directed by Sergio Martino. In the 1980s, she became a television personality, typically appearing with Barbara Bouchet on a chat show on Italian television. In the mid-1990s, she was engaged to the well-known Italian industrialist Luca di Montezemolo. After many years of work in movie production (she produced, among others, The Merchant of Venice, 2004, with Al Pacino), Fenech accepted Quentin Tarantino's offer to star in another movie, Hostel: Part II (2007), directed by Eli Roth.
