From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Tom Bower (born January 1938) is an American actor who has appeared in a wide variety of television and film roles from 1973 to present. He played physician-husband Curt on The Waltons. He has held a number of prominent supporting roles including Dan Miller in the 2000 film Pollock and the gas station attendant in the 2006 film The Hills Have Eyes. He also plays the barkeep in the Battlestar Galactica episode, "Taking a Break from All Your Worries". He has also had many notable roles in films such as River's Edge, Beverly Hills Cop II, Die Hard 2, Clear and Present Danger, Nixon, and The Negotiator. His 2008-09 roles include Appaloosa, with Ed Harris and Viggo Mortensen, Gospel Hill, with Danny Glover and Angela Bassett, as well as playing Pat McDonough, the father of Nicolas Cage's character, in Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans, Sheriff Bob Maples in The Killer Inside Me, with Casey Affleck, and Crazy Heart with Jeff Bridges. Sean Connery

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Miloš Radović (October 21, 1955) is a Serbian screenwriter and director. He is the son of the poet Duško Radović. He graduated in film and TV directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. In 1986 he specialized in TV directing at 'NHK - Communications Training Institute,' Tokyo, Japan. He has won numerous national and international awards (a total of 60) for the best advertising campaigns, commercials, and short films. He wrote and directed more than 200 hours of TV fiction programs (TV films, series, drama), among them: 'Brod Plovi za Shanghai,' 'Otvorena Vrata,' 'Balkan Express 2,' 'Zagreb - Beograd preko Sarajeva.' He has been an assistant in the Group for film and TV directing at the Belgrade Faculty of Dramatic Arts since 1995.

She is best known for her roles as Princess Celestia and Cheerilee in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic[1] and Zoe Trent in Littlest Pet Shop. Oliver was born in Ottawa, Ontario. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University, a Masters degree in Communication from Royal Roads University, and additional training from the British American Drama Academy. A prominent member of the Union of BC Performers, Oliver served on its executive board (2002–2005), chaired several committees, and continues to be part of the negotiation team during collective bargaining. Norman Taurog

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Norman Rae Taurog (February 23, 1899 - April 7, 1981) was an American film director and screenwriter. Between 1920 and 1968, Taurog directed over 140 films, and directed Elvis Presley in more movies than any other director (nine, starting with G.I. Blues (1960)). He won the 1931 Academy Award for Best Director for the film Skippy and still holds the record as the youngest director (32) to win it. He was later nominated for Best Director for the 1938 film, Boys Town. For his contribution to the motion picture industry, Norman Taurog has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 1600 Vine Street. He is best known for his performances in the films The Good Companions (1957), The Trials of Oscar Wilde (1960), El Cid (1961), Repulsion (1965), and Isadora (1968). One of his earliest roles was as Inigo Jollifant in the second film version of J. B. Priestley's The Good Companions (1957). He went on to have leading roles in films such as El Cid, The Trials of Oscar Wilde (playing Lord Alfred Douglas), Roman Polanski's Repulsion, Isadora, and Schizo. He made appearances on television series including Danger Man (1964), Randall and Hopkirk (1969), Columbo (1972), Doctor Who (1981), and The Bill (1995). Matt Mitler (born May 27, 1955) is an American actor. He is also founding director (1997) of Dzieci Theatre (the polish word for "children"), which balances its work on performance with work of service, through creative and therapeutic interaction in hospitals and a variety of institutional settings. The company is firmly dedicated to process and includes in its repertory the critically acclaimed Fools Mass, which was presented at the Parliament of the World's Religions in Barcelona in 2004 and has been a staple since 1999 at The Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine. Inglis was born Desiree Mary Lucy Hawkins in Colchester, Essex, the daughter of Margaret Inglis (nee Hunt) and Alan George Hawkins. Her screen debut was in the 1934 film, Borrowed Clothes. She then had a small part in The 39 Steps (1935) as Hilary Jordan. She appeared in the 1939 British telefilm version of Gaslight before taking on the role of Adele Ainsworth in The Letter in 1940, which marked the zenith of her film career. Meg Ryan (born November 19, 1961) is an American actress, producer and director. She began her acting career in 1981 when she made her acting debut in the drama film Rich and Famous. She later joined the cast of the CBS soap opera As the World Turns in 1982.
