Ezra Dagan (born April 2, 1947) is an Israeli actor noted for his acting in the Steven Spielberg film, Schindler's List (1993). He portrayed the character Rabbi Menasha Lewartow. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Burl Icle Ivanhoe Ives (June 14, 1909 – April 14, 1995) was an American singer and actor of stage, screen, radio and television. Ives began as an itinerant singer and banjoist, and launched his own radio show, The Wayfaring Stranger, which popularized traditional folk songs. In 1942 he appeared in Irving Berlin's This Is the Army, and then became a major star of CBS radio. In the 1960s he successfully crossed over into country music, recording hits such as "A Little Bitty Tear" and "Funny Way of Laughin'". A popular film actor through the late 1940s and '50s, Ives's best-known film roles included parts in So Dear to My Heart (1949) and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (1958), as well as Rufus Hannassey in The Big Country (1958), for which he won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. Ives is often remembered for his voice-over work as Sam the Snowman, narrator of the classic 1964 Christmas television special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, which continues to air annually around Christmas.

In her early years until she got married, she was known as a "sexy beauty" and was rated as loving beauty more than acting. However, in the 1990s, her film career sputtered when she agreed to star in All of a Sudden (1996), which would be her first, and only, time appearing full-body nude in movie and the hot scenes lasted more than 4 minutes (compared to Everlasting Love (1984) where she had 5 hot scenes, but she was only half nude, and the scenes were less than 2 minutes. And a lot of the hot scenes of her later films are not as daring as All of a Sudden (1996). This move failed to ignite her career. But she later went on to star in various TVB dramas. In 2019, she was 53 years old, but there was a hot scene with two younger actors (the male actor 14 years younger than her and the female actress 27 years younger than her), causing mixed comments. Especially her gay hot scene with a female actress younger than her made the press talk excitedly. However, her lead role in this film still helped her win the Best Actress in a Leading Role award at the 8th Silk Road International Film Festival 2020.

John Trengove (born March 21, 1978; Johannesburg) is a South African film director, known for The Wound (2017) and Manodrome (2023). John Trengove was born in Johannesburg in 1978. Trengove is the son of famous South African advocate, Wim Trengove. He attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. In 2010 he directed the miniseries Hopeville, which was nominated for an international Emmy and received the prestigious Rose d'Or for drama. It was also released as a 92-minute feature film. His short film, The Goat, premiered at the Berlinale Film festival in 2014 and screened at over 40 film festivals worldwide. In 2017, The Wound was releases, which is a controversial film which tracks a closeted relationship between two men in the context of the Xhosa initiation ritual. The film premiered at the Sundance film festival, and won best feature at Frameline, Sarasota, Valencia and Taipei Film Festivals. In 2023, he directed Manodrome, which has been labeled as a serious movie that may not appeal to everyone.
