Ravindra Mahajani

Biography

Mahajani was known as "the Vinod Khanna of the Marathi film industry" due to his personality and looks. He is known for his roles in "Duniya Kari Salam" (1979), "Mumbai cha Fauzdar" (1984), "Zoonj" (1989), "Kalat Nakalat" (1990) and "Aaram Haram Aahe". The latter was a major hit while "Laxmi Chi Pavale" was a blockbuster. He made a comeback with 2015 film "Kay Rao Tumhi." In the year 2010, Mahajani was awarded with 'Sarvashreshtha Kala Gaurav Puraskar' instituted by Sankskruti Kala Darpan.

Francesca Ruscio is an actress. She was born in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Her mother, Mirella DiFulvio-Ruscio was born is Fara Filiorum Petri, Abruzzo, Italy and her father, Pat Ruscio is the son of Italian immigrants. In 2013, Francesca Ruscio was crowned Miss Philadelphia 2013 under the Miss America Organization and dedicated her year of service to working with Veteran charities and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Francesca graduated with a bachelor's degree from Temple University in the city of Philadelphia, majoring in broadcast journalism minoring in theater, with an original plan to be a journalist in Philadelphia or New York City. She has professionally studied music for over 15 years and is a trained Soprano singer. After some early film appearances, she booked her first principle role in director Joe Gawalis's film, "Bare Knuckle Brawler" with Machete's Danny Trejo and Karate Kid's Martin Kove, and will be filming along side some well-known faces from THE SOPRANOS summer of 2018 in a film called, "Made In Chinatown".

Arbaaz Khan

Arbaaz Khan is an Indian actor, director and film producer, known for his work in Hindi cinema. Since making his debut in 1996, he has acted in many leading and supporting roles. He ventured into film production in Bollywood, with Arbaaz Khan Productions, launched with Dabangg (2010), in which he starred as the younger brother of his real-life brother Salman Khan. The film went on to become one of the highest-grossing Bollywood films of all time. He also won the National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment for the same.[6] He also hosted the reality show Power Couple, which aired on Sony TV.

Adrienne D'Ambricourt

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Adrienne D'Ambricourt (born Adrienne DuNontier; 2 June 1878 – 6 December 1957) was a French actress of the silent and sound film eras. She was born in Paris, and emigrated to the United States after the end of World War I. She began acting in the 1922 Gershwin Broadway musical comedy, The French Doll, in which she had one of the main roles, "Baroness Mazulier". She made her film debut in the 1924 silent film, The Humming Bird, where she was one of Gloria Swanson's gang of thieves who turned into resistance fighters in World War I. With the advent of talking pictures, and before dubbing came into general use, D'Ambricourt was used in several films which were the French version of English language ones, such as Quand on est belle (The Easiest Way — 1931), L'énigmatique Mr. Parkes (Slightly Scarlet — 1930), and Nuit d'Espagne (Transgression — 1931). She appeared in over 70 films, including such classics as Casablanca, San Francisco, and To Have And Have Not, until about 1947, after which her film career began to decline. Her final role was in George Cukor's Les Girls, starring Gene Kelly and Mitzi Gaynor, in which she played the wardrobe woman. With the advent of television, she appeared in several series during the 1950s, working right up to her death, which was caused by a heart attack during or following a car accident in Los Angeles.

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. He played physician-husband Curt on The Waltons. He has held a number of prominent supporting roles including Dan Miller in the 2000 film Pollock and the gas station attendant in the 2006 film The Hills Have Eyes. He also plays the barkeep in the Battlestar Galactica episode, "Taking a Break from All Your Worries". He has also had many notable roles in films such as River's Edge, Beverly Hills Cop II, Die Hard 2, Clear and Present Danger, Nixon, and The Negotiator. His 2008-09 roles include Appaloosa, with Ed Harris and Viggo Mortensen, Gospel Hill, with Danny Glover and Angela Bassett, as well as playing Pat McDonough, the father of Nicolas Cage's character, in Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans, Sheriff Bob Maples in The Killer Inside Me, with Casey Affleck, and Crazy Heart with Jeff Bridges. Lance Kerwin

Lance Michael Kerwin (November 6, 1960 – January 24, 2023) was an American actor, known primarily for roles in television and film during his childhood and teen years in the 1970s. He played lead roles in the TV series James at 15, and the made-for-TV films The Loneliest Runner and Salem's Lot. Kerwin was raised in Lake Elsinore, California. His father was an acting coach, who brought home scripts for his son to read. His mother was also a performer and, later, a talent agent. He was the youngest of five brothers. His brother Shane was his stand-in. In the 1970s, Kerwin appeared in a number of made-for-TV movies and series. He was, said former theater critic and British Film Institute governor John Holmstrom, "probably America's leading boy actor of the late Seventies ... a handsome lad ... [with] considerable sensitivity as an actor". His serious acting roles often portrayed anguished characters facing difficult challenges, such as in The Loneliest Runner, The Boy Who Drank Too Much, and Children of Divorce. Kerwin had a daughter with Kristen Lansdale, and four children with his wife Yvonne Kerwin. He gave up acting in the mid-1990s, but returned to the screen in 2022 for The Wind & the Reckoning, filmed in Hawaii. In July 2010, it was reported that Kerwin was working as a pastor at Calvary Chapel in Kapaa, Hawaii, and a program leader at U-Turn for Christ, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation organization. She is best remembered for her endearing Southern charm. Her first screen role came in Stage Door (1937) opposite Katharine Hepburn, Ginger Rogers, and Adolphe Menjou. Her next role came at Warner Bros. Studios playing Spring Byington's daughter in Jezebel (1938) opposite the likes of George Brent, Bette Davis, and Fay Bainter. She later became a freelance actress and found herself working in various roles at such studios as RKO, Warner Bros., and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Her other screen roles include parts in Judge Hardy and Son (1939), Strike Up The Band (1940), Andy Hardy's Private Secretary (1941), and Stage Door Canteen (1943). She made her last screen appearance in Cinderella Jones (1946). She spent the remainder of her days living in Laguna Beach, California being active in the Baptist church and the Republican party. She was good friends with Cheryl Walker, Mickey Rooney, Bette Davis, Ginger Rogers, Katharine Hepburn, Laraine Day, Henry Fonda, Cary Grant, Joel McCrea, and Dennis Morgan.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Charles Maurice Haid III (born June 2, 1943) is an American actor and director, with notable work in both movies and television. He is known for his portrayal of Officer Andy Renko in Hill Street Blues. Haid was born in San Francisco, California, the son of Grace Marian (née Folger) and Charles Maurice Haid, Jr. He attended Carnegie Institute of Technology (now Carnegie Mellon University), where he met Steven Bochco. He was associate producer of the original stage production of Godspell in 1971, which was developed at CMU. Haid's acting credits include the 1976/1977 police drama series Delvecchio as Sgt. Paul Schonski and the 1980s police drama series Hill Street Blues, as Officer Andy Renko, and as Dr. Mason Parrish in the 1980 movie Altered States. His directing credits include an episode of ER which earned him a Directors Guild Award, and DGA nominations for the TV-movie Buffalo Soldiers and an episode of NYPD Blue. He is a regular director on the FX series Nip/Tuck. He has also directed for the FX series Sons of Anarchy. He is a regular director for the CBS series Criminal Minds. He also portrayed serial killer Randall Garner (aka "The Fisher King") on Criminal Minds. During a visit to New Zealand in the 1980s, Haid was interviewed for a television news program, and surprised many viewers when he discussed his Shakespearean background, and love of live stage work. In 2004-2005 Haid played C. T. Finney, a corrupt New York police captain on the sixth season of the NBC show Third Watch. Haid provided the voice of the one-legged rabbit "Lucky Jack" in the 2004 Disney animated film Home On The Range. Twenty years earlier, Haid voiced main character "Montgomery Moose" in the pilot episode of The Get Along Gang, produced by Nelvana. He was replaced by Sparky Marcus for the subsequent series.
