Sean Connery

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Eartha Mae Kitt (January 17, 1927 – December 25, 2008) was an American actress, singer and cabaret star. She was perhaps best known for her highly distinctive singing style and her 1953 hit Christmas song "Santa Baby". Orson Welles once called her the "most exciting woman in the world." She took over the role of Catwoman for the third season of the 1960s Batman television series, replacing Julie Newmar, who was unavailable for the final season. She also was famous for being the voice of Yzma in Disney's The Emperor's New Groove as well as its sequel and TV series. Lorraine Pilkington

Biography

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Lorraine Pilkington is an Irish actress from Dublin, who is best known for her role as Katrina Finlay on Monarch of the Glen. Trained at the Gaiety School of Acting, Pilkington began her career at the age of 15 when she appeared in The Miracle directed by Neil Jordan. She appeared onstage in the plays The Plough and the Stars and The Iceman Cometh. At age 18 she moved to London where she was given a part in a Miramax film which eventually fell through. After returning to Dublin, Pilkington appeared in various films like Human Traffic and My Kingdom, a retelling of King Lear. In 2000, she was cast as Katrina Finlay, a schoolteacher in a Scottish village in the BBC television series, Monarch of the Glen. After leaving the show at the beginning of the third season, she appeared in various other television productions such as Rough Diamond and Outnumbered. She married Simon Massey, the director of Monarch of the Glen, in 2001. They have three sons, Milo, Luca and Inigo. Scott Yaphe is a Canadian actor and comedian best known as a cast member of the YTV variety show It's Alive!. After its cancellation in 1997, Yaphe and a few other It's Alive! regulars such as Mike Beaver and Patricia Ribeiro, moved over to the game show Uh Oh!, where he became the host by his fictional name, "Wink Yahoo". Yaphe appeared in the movie Amelia in the third quarter of 2009, as well as in the recurring roles of Sliver in the second season of Disney XD's, Aaron Stone and as Zafer Griffin in the Cartoon Network live-action series, Unnatural History. He also appeared in Global’s police drama Rookie Blue, which began in 2010. Yaphe has appeared in numerous TV commercials such as the Whiskas Temptations cat treats spot and the fast talker for expedia.ca. A prominent voice actor as well, he is the promo-voice for the Canadian television station, Sun TV, as well as the voice behind many radio and television commercials, cartoons and the radio comedy series Grip Radio, produced by Lategan Media Group.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Elaine Stewart was an American actress and model. Stewart was born in Montclair, New Jersey as Elsy Steinberg. She was one of five children born into a German Jewish family. In 1961, nearing the end of her television career, she married actor Bill Carter. After her divorce from Carter, she married television producer Merrill Heatter on December 31, 1964. They had a son, Stewart, and a daughter, Gabrielle. Stewart made her debut by winning Miss See in See Magazine in 1952, with measurements 34–25–36. She was in many magazines such as Playboy and Photoplay. She had a supporting role in The Bad and the Beautiful (1952), as Lila, a starlet who has a romantic fling with a producer played by Kirk Douglas. She was featured as the love interest of Sgt Ryan, played by Richard Widmark, in Take the High Ground! (1953) as Julie. She appeared in other films, such as Brigadoon, Night Passage, Code Two, The Rise and Fall of Legs Diamond, and The Adventures of Hajji Baba. Stewart had a small but key role, as Anne Boleyn, in 1953's Young Bess. She co-starred with Jeff Chandler in the film noir The Tattered Dress (1957), with Victor Mature in the western Escort West (1958) and shared top billing with John Derek in a 1958 adventure film, High Hell before turning to television. Stewart guest-starred in TV series such as Bat Masterson and Burke's Law, both starring Gene Barry. In her last acting appearance on TV, she played Irene Grey in the Perry Mason episode "The Case of the Capering Camera" in 1964. Stewart was a co-hostess on two 1970s game shows, Gambit with Wink Martindale and the nighttime edition of High Rollers with Alex Trebek, both produced by her husband, Merrill Heatter. Stewart died on June 27, 2011, at the age of 81.

Jean-Luc was rumoured to be cast as Tony on the new Disney channel show Jessie. But the role as off April 16, 2011 has been uncast. It is unknown if Jean-Luc has auditioned for the part or not. Jill Whelan is an American actress best known for her role as Vicki Stubing, the daughter of Captain Stubing, on the television series The Love Boat. As well as starring in The Love Boat, Whelan made numerous guest appearances in TV shows including Fantasy Island (twice), Vegas, Trapper John, M.D., Matt Houston, and Battle of the Network Stars. In late 1979, she played the role of Lisa Davis, a heart patient, in Airplane! In 2013, she became co-host with Brian Phelps of The Brian and Jill Show. The two share a love for improvisational comedy, and have created hundreds of characters together that they have performed on stage during improvisation shows and in sketches on their podcast.

David Miller, was born and raised in the very mean streets (The Mission District) of beautiful and culturally diversified San Francisco. He started acting when he was 15 at The Everyman Theatre, a Shakespearean repertory company in San Francisco, California. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 1981 and saw the world in all its glory, its wonders, the occasional horror, and all its splendor. His last MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) was Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician with a Senior rating. He discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 1998. Since July 2003, he has been in over 150 productions as an Actor that has encompassed theatre, feature films, independent films, short films, television, commercials, web series, print, and voice over. Through his experience in the United States Marine Corps and training in martial arts, he is also very capable as a utility stunt performer, fight choreographer, stunt coordinator, 2nd unit director and technical adviser for weapons and military tactics/protocol. Nozomi Sasaki (ささき のぞみ, Sasaki Nozomi, February 19, 1983) is a Japanese voice actress born in Kanagawa Prefecture. She is affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society (Haikyou). She has blood type A. *** Not to be confused with the voice actress of the same name but different kanji, Nozomi Sasaki (佐々木 希). After graduating from college, she participated in a workshop held at Animation Kobe while working office lady and shrine maid. Anime director Akitaro Daichi liked her voice in a performance held at the workshop and invited her to an audition for his upcoming tv anime project We Were There. As a result, Sasaki was accepted for the role of the heroine, Nanami Takahashi, marking her debut as a voice actress. Her real name is 佐々木 望, which is pronounced the same. On July 4, 2006, she assumed her current stage name, a Hiragana version of her real name. It is assumed that she did it to avoid being confused with the well-known voice actor Nozomu Sasaki, whose name is written with the same kanji characters. In October 2007, she became a member of the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society (Haikyou), after being working as a freelancer.
