Sean Connery

Biography

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Shelton James Benjamin is an American professional wrestler and former amateur wrestler best known for his tenure in World Wrestling Entertainment. He wrestled for Ring of Honor (ROH) for two years, and currently works for New Japan Pro Wrestling. Benjamin has an amateur wrestling background, including wrestling in high school and at the University of Minnesota. In addition, Benjamin has acted as an assistant coach in amateur wrestling. He first spent time in Ohio Valley Wrestling, where he held the Southern Tag Team Championship four times. WWE then moved him to the main roster and put him into an alliance with Kurt Angle and Charlie Haas, known as Team Angle (and later the World's Greatest Tag Team). Jared Hacker is a Brooklyn-based producer originally from Allentown, PA (this is the point where someone typically makes a Billy Joel reference to him). He has produced television shows for MTV, truTV, Comedy Central, A&E, History Channel, PBS, TLC, Animal Planet, as well as a variety of content for brands such as Jameson Whiskey, Avion Tequila, & Martell Cognac. He is a self-proclaimed Jared-Of-All-Trades also dabbling in photography, editing, graphic design, and acting. In 2016, he appeared as a lead actor in the indie horror feature "Hell House, LLC” and then reprised his role in 2019 for the final movie in the trilogy, "Hell House LLC 3: Lake of Fire,” both of which are currently streaming on Amazon Prime, iTunes, Shudder, and other platforms. Prior to Pandemia, he could also be seen performing comedy around NYC with his long-running improv group Out of the Woods or his sketch/improv group Scorpion Bowl. He's left-handed, plays the drums right-handed (because that's just the world we live in), and has never refused a slice of pizza.

Ivan Ivanovich Tverdovsky (Russian: Иван Иванович Твердовский; born 29 December 1988, Moscow) is a Russian filmmaker, cinematographer and actor. He is also a son of documentary filmmaker Ivan Tverdovsky (1961). He graduated from Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography "VGIK" (2011, experimental directing workshop of A. Uchitel). Participant and prize-winner of national and international film festivals. Twice participated in the competition programme of Kinotavr. Shorts: in 2010 with the film “As If Waiting for a Bus”, for which he gained the jury diploma; and in 2013 with the film “Space Dogs”. His first feature film, “Correction Class” (2014) brought Tverdovsky the NIKA 2014 award in the category Discovery of the Year; the film won numerous awards at Russian and international shows, including a prize for Best Debut and the Prize of Film Distributors at Kinotavr-2014, the first prize in the East-West Competition and a special mention of the FEDEORA jury at Karlovy Vary IFF, and prizes at IFFs in Thessaloniki, Seattle, Tallinn, Kiev, etc. His second film, “Zoology” (2016), has been awarded a prize for direction in Karlovy Vary, the Grand Prix of festivals in Cottbus and Austin, Texas, a prize for Best Actress and the award of the Guild of Film Critics and Scholars at Kinotavr-2016. His third feature film, "Jumpman" (2018), screened in competition at Karlovy Vary IFF 2018. In 2020, Ivan I. Tverdovsky's new film "Conference" (2020) became a participant of the Venice Film Festival.

Edgard Zapashnyy

The representative of the famous circus dynasty Zapashny in the fourth generation. People's Artist of the Russian Federation (2012). General Director of the Bolshoi Moscow State Circus on Vernadsky Avenue (since 2012). General producer and host of the IDOL World Circus Art Festival. At the end of school, the whole family left for China - during the difficult year for the country and the circus, the family was offered a lucrative contract for several years, which allowed them to save all their animals from starvation. Especially for Zapashny, the Chinese side built a large summer circus in Safari Park, near the city of Shenzhen. Together with his brother, Askold Zapashny, he toured Russia, China, Japan, Hungary, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Monaco, Italy, Finland, Latvia, Estonia. In 1998, at the celebration of his anniversary, the People's Artist of Russia Walter Zapashny gave his sons the attraction “Among the Predators”. In November 2012, Edgard Zapashny won the competition for the post of director of the Bolshoi Moscow State Circus on Vernadsky Avenue and today is the circus general director, while continuing to remain a performing artist. Patrick Justin McAfee is an American sports analyst, podcaster, and former football punter. He is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) under the NXT brand. He was a placekicker at West Virginia and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft. Over his eight-year career in the National Football League (NFL), McAfee made two Pro Bowls and was an All-Pro in 2014. Since his retirement from football in February 2017, McAfee has been an analyst in football and professional wrestling. He was a guest host for Fox Sports' college and NFL broadcasts in late 2018, before being announced as part of ESPN's Thursday Night College Football team in July 2019.
