Sean Connery

Biography

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Andrew Garfield

Biography

Andrew Russell Garfield (born August 20, 1983) is an English and American actor. He has received various accolades, including a Tony Award, a BAFTA TV Award and a Golden Globe Award, in addition to nominations for a Primetime Emmy Award, a Laurence Olivier Award and two Academy Awards. Time included Garfield on its list of 100 most influential people in the world in 2022. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Epsom, England, Garfield trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and began his career on the UK stage and in television productions. He made his feature film debut in the 2007 ensemble drama Lions for Lambs. He won the BAFTA TV Award for Best Actor for his performance in the television film Boy A (2007). He came to international attention in 2010 with the supporting role of Eduardo Saverin in the drama The Social Network, for which he received nominations for a BAFTA Film Award and a Golden Globe Award. Garfield gained wider recognition for playing Spider-Man in the superhero films The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014), and later in Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021). He received nominations for the Academy Award for Best Actor for starring as Desmond Doss in the war film Hacksaw Ridge (2016) and as Jonathan Larson in the musical Tick, Tick... Boom! (2021). Garfield also won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor for the latter. In 2022, he starred as a Mormon detective in the crime drama miniseries Under the Banner of Heaven, earning nominations for a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. On stage, Garfield appeared in the 2012 Broadway revival of Death of a Salesman, which garnered him a Tony Award nomination. For playing Prior Walter in a 2017 London production of Angels in America, Garfield was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award; he reprised the role on Broadway the following year and won the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Play.

She portrayed Simone Bradley in 2006 film Loving Annabelle directed by Katherine Brooks. Her characterization won her the Grand Jury Award for Best Actress at L.A. Outfest. Gaidry received B.F.A. in acting from NYU Tisch School of Arts and received a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Gaidry is the Executive Director of Filmmakers Alliance where she oversees Programming and Distribution. She co-founded this non-profit organization in Los Angeles along with her ex-husband Jacques Thelemaque in 1993. Dayo Wong Tze Wah is a Hong Kong stand-up comedian and actor. Wong gained a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Alberta in Canada. He began his career in the entertainment industry in Hong Kong in 1984, but he is best known for his works in live stand-up comedy which he started performing regularly in 1990. Since then he has starred in TV dramas and films and has recorded several albums. In comparison with his stand-up comedy and TV dramas, his movies are not as successful. When asked the reasons behind it, he explained that his ultimate goal is to look for something new in his movies. His visions make his work good to watch, but it is not good enough to attract people to pay for a cinema ticket. Additionally, he hates doing promotions for his work.

Noah Bean (born 1978) is an American actor best known for his role as David Connor on the FX legal drama Damages and as Ryan Fletcher on the 2010 The CW series Nikita as David Connor on the FX legal drama Damages and his leading performance in the independent film The Pill. Personal life Bean was born in Boston, Massachusetts. As a child, Bean attended Pine Point School and The Williams School in Connecticut. An only child, he describes himself as being so quiet and shy that his school would phone his parents asking whether anything was wrong at home: "I was deathly shy and basically scared of people in general."  In high school his mother encouraged him to become involved in drama, which he says helped him open up, "I found when I had a script in my hand I could speak."[6] He later attended Boston University's College of Fine Arts before he was offered his first theatre role by director Michael Ritchie. Bean hails from Mystic, Connecticut, although he has lived and worked in Los Angeles and is currently living in New York. He is friends with actor Seth Gabel and director Jack Bender and also says he has come to be good friends with Damages co-actor and on-screen fiancée Rose Byrne. Imada Mio is a model, talent, actress, singer, and ex-gravure model. She was born in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture on March 5, 1997. She currently belongs to the agency Content 3. When she was 16, she was scouted in Shintencho. For a time, she was a part of the model agency CGE. She became a part of the 3 person group Sagemon Girls in 2016 as the leader and center. She was recruited by BIGFACE (now Content 3) at the age of 19. She later moved to Tokyo and joined the agency with an interest in becoming an actress. Later that year, she would star in Nakagawa Shun's independent and acclaimed short film "Kalanchoe". On November 7, 2018, she appeared in the role of the main character, Miki, for the LINE mystery game "koToro" and also starred in the commercials advertising it. In December, she won the Yahoo! Search Awards in the actress category. In January of 2019, she became the image character for a car purchase and assessment service called "Rabbit". She's also ranked first in the "2019 next break rankings" on the information site "Debut". She pitched the opening pitch for the opening ceremony of the Softbank Hawks vs. the Seibu Lions on March 29. In April of 2019, she became the ambassador for a WiFi router alongside Sato Jiro. Since January 2020, she has been the campaign character for the brand AOKI's Ladies Freshers. On August 31st, 2022, she was awarded her first "Best Actress" award for her performance as Tanaka Maririn in her first leading role in NTV drama series, "Waru: Hataraku no ga Kakko Warui Nante Dare ga Itta?" at 112th Television Drama Academy Awards. Henri Jacques Daniel Paul François (16 May 1920 – 25 November 2003), known as Jacques François was a French actor.[During a sixty-year career (1942–2002) he appeared in more than 120 films and over 30 stage productions. In 1948 he went to Hollywood with a view to playing the lead in Letter from an Unknown Woman (Max Ophüls, 1948) but the part went to Louis Jourdan. After appearing alongside Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers as the playwright Jacques Pierre Barredout in The Barkleys of Broadway (Charles Walters, 1949) he returned to France. Pierre Niney (born 13 March 1989) is a French actor. He made his acting debut in the two-part television miniseries La dame d'Izieu in 2007, followed by films such as LOL (Laughing Out Loud), The Army of Crime, Romantics Anonymous and Comme des frères. In October 2010, at age 21, he became the youngest member of the Comédie-Française. In 2014, Niney starred as fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent in the biopic of the same name, for which he won a César Award for Best Actor. John Deacon

Biography

John Richard Deacon (born 19 August 1951) is an English retired musician, best known for being the bass guitarist for the rock band Queen. He joined Queen in 1971 on the strength of his musical and electronic skills. As well as bass, Deacon played some guitar, keyboards and piano on Queen's studio work. After the death of lead singer Freddie Mercury in 1991 and the following year's Tribute Concert, he performed only sporadically with the remaining members of Queen before retiring from the music industry in 1997. His son, Luke, appears in Queen's biographical film Bohemian Rhapsody (2018). Shin Seong-il

Biography

Shin Seong-il was a Korean actor (1937-2018). Born in occupied Korea, as Kang Shin-yeong, he attended Geonguk University, majoring in Korean Literature. He made his film debut in director Shin Sang-ok's Romance Papa in 1960 and appeared in more than 500 movies. He won several awards for best actor or best supporting actor for films such as Private Tutor (1963) and Moonlight Hunter (1987). In 1979, he became the chairman of the Korean Actors League and held the position for several consecutive terms. After a long career as an actor and having directed and even produced, Shin Sung-il retired from the film industry in favour of pursuing a career in politics. He was elected to the National Assembly.
