​From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.   Elpidia Carrillo (born August 16, 1961) is a Mexican actress who has appeared in various acclaimed Latin-American films and television shows, in addition to some Hollywood films. She is also credited as Elpedia Carrillo on some of her films. Carrillo was born in Parácuaro, Michoacán, Mexico. Perhaps her best acted role in Hollywood to date has been that of "Maria" in the 1986 movie Salvador, where she acted alongside James Woods. Arguably, though, her best known role would be as the survivor, Anna, in Predator with Arnold Schwarzenegger and a cameo in Predator 2. In American cinema, she has also worked with Jimmy Smits and many other stars. Shashank Subramanyam is a Grammy-nominated renowned exponent of the Bamboo Flute from India and specialises in Indian Classical Music. He was a child prodigy and began performing from his age of 6 in 1984 and has performed in the top concert circuit for over three decades. Shashank performed for the general public in 1984 for the first time at the age of 6. He has presented over 1000 concerts in educational institutions alone. Shashank has also worked extensively presenting collaborative performances with host of musicians from India and around the world including John McLaughlin, Paco de Lucia, Wuppertal and Shanxi Symphony Orchestras, The New Jungle Orchestra, Mikkel Nordso, Terry Riley, Ustad Shahid Parvez, Zakir Hussain, Ustad Sultan Khan, Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Ronu Mazumdar, Ustad Shujaat Khan, and Debu Choudhury. Shashank performs in a wide range of concert environments from the pure Indian classical, Symphonies, Jazz, Films and crossover projects. Rufus Crawford

Biography

Rufus is a former professional football player, who played for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football league. He also played seven years for the Hamilton Tigercats of the Canadian Football League where he broke a record that had stood for 28 years. Rufus set a new all time CFL total yardage record of 2,896 for the 1984 Season. He was honored as the 1980's Hamilton Tigercat player of the decade and the plaque that bears that honor in his name now resides in Hamilton Ontario out side the Tigercats stadium. Rufus was also voted as one the 75 greatest Tigercats player of all times. Upon retirement from the professional football in 1986, he began to pursue another passion of his, acting. Creighton Hale

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Creighton Hale (24 May 1888 — 9 August 1965) was an Irish-American theatre, film, and television actor whose career extended more than a half-century, from the early 1900s to the end of the 1950s. Born Patrick Fitzgerald in County Cork, Ireland, he was educated in Dublin and London, and later attended Ardingly College in Sussex. He immigrated to America in his early twenties, traveling with a troupe of actors. While starring in Charles Frohman's Broadway production of Indian Summer, Hale was spotted by a representative of the Pathe Film Company. He eventually became known professionally as Creighton Hale, although the derivation of those names remains unknown. His first movie was The Exploits of Elaine in 1914. He starred in hit films such as Way Down East, Orphans of the Storm, and The Cat and the Canary. When talkies came about, his career declined. He made several appearances in Hal Roach's Our Gang series (School's Out, Big Ears, Free Wheeling), and also played unbilled bits in major talking films such as Larceny, Inc., The Maltese Falcon, and Casablanca. He died in the Los Angeles County city of South Pasadena and was buried at Duncans Mills Cemetery in Northern California.

Stephen Douglas Kerr is an American former professional basketball player and coach currently affiliated with the Golden State Warriors. He won the NBA championships five times as a player, three times with the Chicago Bulls and twice with the San Antonio Spurs, as well as three times as the head coach of the Warriors. Born and raised in the Middle East, Kerr attended Palisades Charter High School in Los Angeles, California, where he was a player for the Palisades Dolphins. In college basketball, Kerr played for the Arizona Wildcats. In 1988, he began his professional career with the Phoenix Suns before being traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers. He spent three seasons with them and one season with the Orlando Magic before joining the Chicago Bulls. Kerr played an instrumental role in garnering the Bulls their second championship. In 1999, the Spurs acquired him from the Bulls and subsequently won the championship, making Kerr one of two players to have four successive NBA titles. After a season-long stint with the Portland Trail Blazers, Kerr finished his playing career with the Spurs in 2003. Since retirement, he has been a television analyst, and from 2007 to 2010, the general manager of the Suns. In 2014, he joined the Warriors as the head coach.
