​From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.   Denise Katrina Matthews (born January 4, 1959), better known as Vanity, but sometimes credited as Denise Matthews-Smith or D.D. Winters, is a Canadian-born Christian preacher and a former singer, songwriter, dancer, actress, and model from the 1980s until the early mid-90s. She was the lead singer for the female trio Vanity 6, which recorded the 1982 R&B hit "Nasty Girl". Richard Whalley Anthony Curtis, CBE (born 8 November 1956) is New Zealand-born British screenwriter, music producer, actor and film director, known primarily for romantic comedy films such as Four Weddings and a Funeral, Bridget Jones's Diary, Notting Hill, and Love Actually, as well as the hit sitcoms Blackadder, Mr. Bean and The Vicar of Dibley. Georgi Partsalev

Biography

Georgi Ivanov Partsalev is Bulgarian theater and cinema actor, best known for his roles in comedy movies. He was an important figure of the Golden age of Bulgarian Cinema (i.e. 1970s and 1980s). He began his career in the middle of the 1950s and made his feature length debut in 1958. He was born in Levski, Bulgaria on June 16, 1925. He graduated from high school in Pleven and then studied medicine at the University of Sofia . In 1956, he started to work in the Satire Theatre , and in 1958 came his first role in cinema - in movie " Lyubimetz 13 ", directed by Vladimir Yanchev. Partsalev has participated in so-called "Pop-satirical" concerts; he has toured a country in the late 1950th and in the 1960th. He gradually has become a living legend of Bulgarian comedy with his memorable performance in " The Tied Balloon " (1967), "Whale", " Five from Moby Dick " (1970), " Family Vacation " ( 1972), " Indian Summer " (1973), " My father Was the Painter " (1974), " Farsighted for Two Diopters " (1976), " 13th fiancee of Prince " (1987). His greatest professional dream was to portray the character of Don Quixote. In theater he had played 40 roles. He was not married and has no children. He died in Sofia on October 31, 1989 from leukemia.

Beatrice Arthur (born Bernice Frankel; May 13, 1922 – April 25, 2009) was an American actress and comedian. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City, Arthur began her career on stage in 1947, attracting critical acclaim before achieving worldwide recognition for her work on television beginning in the 1970s as Maude Findlay in the popular sitcoms All in the Family (1971–1972) and Maude (1972–1978) and later in the 1980s and 1990s as Dorothy Zbornak on The Golden Girls (1985–1992). She won several accolades throughout her career, beginning with the 1966 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for playing Vera Charles in Mame. She won Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series in 1977 for Maude and 1988 for The Golden Girls. Arthur has received the third most nominations for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series with nine; only Julia Louis-Dreyfus (11) and Mary Tyler Moore (10) have more. She was inducted into the academy's Television Hall of Fame in 2008. Her film appearances include Lovers and Other Strangers (1970) and the film version of Mame (1974). In 2002, she starred in the one-woman show Bea Arthur on Broadway: Just Between Friends. An obituary described Arthur as "the tall, deep-voiced actress whose razor-sharp delivery of comedy lines made her a TV star." She served in the U.S. Marine Corps Women's Reserve in World War II. Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Starting his work in Theatre from 1978, he played his first role in cinema in Zakhme movie. Abolfazl Pourarab has the experience of being the director assistant in a couple of movies. His acting in Aroos, Behrooz Afkhami's movie, is very well known and he won the award for the best leading role from Pyongyang International Film Festival. Abolfazl Pourarab is also a winner of crystal Simorgh from Fajr Film Festiva for playing the leading character in A Man Like Rain in 1996. His last appearance was in Hamid Nematollah's TV Series: Vaziat Sefid.

Pope made many acting appearances, including in such television series as Bewitched, Hart to Hart, Eight Is Enough, Barney Miller (in six episodes), Soap, The Golden Girls, Hope & Faith, and Law & Order. She is likely best remembered, if not by name, as "the office lush", and later, recovering alcoholic, Margaret Foster, in the 1980 movie 9 to 5. She also had a small role as Elvira in the 1984 science fiction movie The Last Starfighter. A year later, she appeared in Once Bitten as Mark Kendall's mother. In 2008, she appeared as Sister Angela in Clark Gregg's Choke. Pope's Broadway credits include Doctor Jazz (1975), The School for Wives (1971), Harvey (1970), The Rose Tattoo (1966), Viva Madison Avenue! (1960), The Long Dream (1960), and Moonbirds (1959). Pope won an Obie Award for Best Actress in 1968 for her performance in Muzeeka.

He is best known for his role as Dr. Mike Burton in the NBC sitcom Ed and the recurring guest role of Jake in Scrubs in 2005. He was married to Claire Rankin on 10 September 2000. Josh has a brother Nathan and sister Joanna. His father died in 1997 of colon cancer and was commemorated shortly after by having the gym at Monterey High School (Monterey, California), named after him. That gym was where Josh played basketball and his father taught. (His father also taught Chemistry and Physics at Monterey High). Josh was co-Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper, The Galleon, his senior year.
