On a schooltrip, Daniel finds an antique shop where he gets a ring that he gives to his girlfriend Nina, a ring that proves his endless love for her, then a magical gate opens to a fantastic medieval world. Nina is kidnapped by the creepy knight Roman and Daniel and his friends follow them through a magical portal. They embark on the dangerous "Path of the 7 Sins" to save Nina. There are dangers and seven difficult riddles of the 7 deadly sins.

Das Haus Anubis is a children's television series produced jointly by Belgian broadcaster Studio 100 and Nickelodeon and the first remake of Het Huis Anubis aired in The Netherlands and Belgium. Another English remake called House of Anubis aired in 2011. Das Haus Anubis is aimed at children twelve years old and above, and is the German remake of the successful Dutch television programme, Het Huis Anubis. This 2006/2009 series was one of the most successful children's series in the Benelux countries.
