Shikshanacha Aaicha Gho is a 2010 Indian Marathi film directed by Mahesh Manjrekar starring Sachin Khedekar, Bharat Jadhav, Saksham Kulkarni, Gauri Vaidya, Siddharth Jadhav and Kranti Redkar. The film was released on 15 January 2010.[2] Films music composed by trio Ajit-Atul-Sameer. After Astitva with 9 years long gap Mahesh Manjrekar directed Marathi film.This film was later remade in Tamil & Telugu as Dhoni and in Bengali as "Chalo Paltai" starring Prosenjit Chatterjee.

Even though they struggle to make ends meet, Namdeo (Jitendra Joshi) and Ganga (Veena Janmkar) live a peaceful life with their children Laxmi (Gauri Ingawale) and Subhan (Mihir Soni). Namdeo, who works as a gardener, will go any heights to fulfill the wants of his family. He even does some extra work and bears all pains with a smile. However, their simple life turns ugly when they are faced with a number of obstacles. Namdeo receives unconditional family-like support from his friend Magic Mamu (Siddharth Jadhav) and his wife Saira (Manasi Naik).

Industrialization has reached each and every small village in India and the villages here are bearing the brunt of urbanisation in their own way. This is the story of a family residing in one such village. The family comprises an elder brother Vithal, a farmer by profession, younger brother Anand, a student, and the middle one Yeshwant, a vagabond, who left his education midway. He would squander his time by standing at the local paan shop, and as expected, he volunteers for the local political party. Ambadas would often use such people to enhance his political status, challenges Appa, a senior political leader and uses Yeshwant as his scapegoat. Caught in a whirlpool of lies, deceit and betrayal, Yeshwant and his family are on the run. But without surrendering to the cruel and ruthless circumstances, they manage to stare in the face of danger with courage and valour.

The film begins with the sad state of affairs in a village, where politician turned Industries Minister Patil and his brother with the help of local politician Kulkarni (Vaibhav Mangale) make the lives of poor farmers miserable forcing them to sale their lands after the SEZ comes into force. Mahesh Manjrekar, Sanjay Khapre, Siddhu The only opposition comes from an ex-serviceman (Satish Pulekar) who refuses to bow down. He is murdered by Kulkarni and his men but his mentally challenged nephew is the mute witness against Kulkarni. His helpless uncle after witnessing the thumb rule, rushes him to the city in search of an elder nephew (Bharat Jadhav) of the ex-serviceman. Thus begins the revenge
