In this first installment of the series - we are introduced to Keisuke: mild mannered school-teacher by day - avenging angel of rape by night - and his goofy Uncle, who together run Rapeman Services. Their "services" are called-upon by a nightclub owner who tells a sob story about having her boyfriend, a current political candidate, stolen by his secretary, and asks Rapeman to "take care of her" as an act of revenge. This is done per the nightclub owner's request - but we soon find that the story was just a cover to cause a bigger scandal that involves rival a seedy rival politician and the Yakuza...

Of course, they don’t know that they’re the perfect couple because they each keep a “terrible” secret from the other. This prevents them from enjoying a normal sex life. The husband is impotent unless he can watch another couple having sex, and the wife pleasures herself to thoughts of being raped while someone else watches. Eventually, the voyeuristic husband and the exhibitionist wife confess their secrets to each other and realize how silly they’ve been when they were clearly made for each other.

Mayumi Hirose lived with her husband Yasuhiro and younger sister Miki. On the other hand, she also gives her body to a man who was her senior at university and is now a talented psychoanalyst who has returned from the United States, and in return she asks him to get a job at the private hospital and expose the director's misdeeds. Of course, the doctor has another ambition and accepts the request. As their intentions intertwine, the story takes an unexpected turn...

This deliriously warped S&M softcore film from cult pinku-eiga director Hisayasu Sato deals with a deranged doctor who lives in an abandoned hospital with his wheelchair-bound daughter. Frustrated by normal women's perceived imperfections, the doctor kidnaps them and subjects them to sadistic tortures to turn them into subservient women for his childlike daughter to play with.
