A magician and a taxi driver offer Nina a quick fix but doesn't everyone want something in return? She won't take it lying down. Iggy Pop's Post Pop Depression album, a collaboration with co-writer and producer Joshua Homme from Queens Of The Stone Age, is his most critically acclaimed and commercially successful album for many years. On May 13, 2016, Iggy Pop brought his Post Pop Depression live show to London's revered Royal Albert Hall and almost tore the roof off! With a backing band including Joshua Homme and Dean Fertita from Queens Of The Stone Age and Matt Helders from the Arctic Monkeys, Iggy delivered a set focused almost entirely on the new album plus his two classic David Bowie collaboration albums from 1977, The Idiot and Lust For Life. Fans and critics alike raved about the performance and this will definitely be remembered as one of Iggy Pop's finest concerts.

The film takes you on a journey from the conception of this musical partnership and the first demos recorded in Californian desert by - what became - the Post Pop Depression band that included Dean Fertita (QOTSA) and drummer Matt Helders (Arctic Monkeys), and onto the release of the album, proceeded by a sold-out American and European Tour that featured the epic performance at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

550 artists were interviewed over ten years. At some point during those interviews, they were asked a question and told to answer with one word only. Some stuck to one, some said more, some answered quickly, some thought it through, and some didn't answer at all. That question… Lennon or McCartney?

Six years after their debut appearance at the festival, The Monkeys perform again, a more powerful act than ever.

It was filmed on 35mm film and in surround-sound. It has been awarded best music DVD 2009 by the NME. The music played in the introduction credits was written by Bruno Nicolai, entitled 'Servizio fotografico' from the film “The Red Queen Kills Seven Times” starring Barbara Bouchet.

The Arctic Monkeys don't do ad-libbing, they don't do crowd interaction, and they don't do encores. Arctic Monkeys took to the Bud Light Stage with "Do I Wanna Know?" heralding their entrance to rapturous cheers. With the gorgeous Chicago skyline in the background, Alex Turner and his boys from Sheffield killed it, with those recognizable guitars of the AM record making the crowd sway.
