Mónica Scaparone (born December 24, 1964, in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine actress who has stood out for her work in film and television.
After playing the role of Lola—the mistress of a former repressor from the last military dictatorship in Argentina—in the hit telenovela Montecristo, which focused on the theft of babies during that era, the actress began collaborating with Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo to help recover the more than 400 people who were kidnapped as infants and still remain missing.
