Three inmates in an asylum tell their stories. Story 1, a husband and wife discover they should be careful what they wish for. Story 2, a naked female ghost gets revenge from her watery grave. Story 3, a dead prostitute returns as a ghost.

An omnibus of tales from the three directors, Sit, Maka and Woo. Each dealing with true love and romance. The third and the best one of the tales deals with a hen-pecked husband trying to kill his wife. An action packed tale written and directed by John Woo who lets the fireworks fly!

A girlie bar singer Shih Mei-na is wooed by an underworld tycoon Chia and marries him after he agrees to provide for her family. Her childhood friend, a young film star Yen Fang-fang, is seduced by Chia’s handsome employee Johnny and is cheated out of a large sum of money. Yen is later forced to become a notable’s mistress.

Ho Fan started his career as a Shaw Brothers actor, best known for his role as the monk Tang Seng in the classic Monkey Goes West film series. As a director, however, his forte was erotica. Like Li Han Hsiang, Ho Fan was a pioneer of the aesthetic school of erotica, known for his luscious cinematography and seductive lens. He is certainly one of the few Hong Kong erotica filmmakers to have made a respectable name for himself with Category III offerings like Adventure in Denmark, Yu Pu Tuan, and 1977's Innocent Lust. One of Ho Fan's representative works, Innocent Lust stars Ai Fei, Chan Chun Ho, and Lam Choi as college friends who are unlucky in love. They decide to go to a night club, and are surprised to discover that their innocent-looking classmate (Chan Wai Ying) works as a hostess there. When they step up to defend her from a lecherous old man, the encounter sparks off an unexpected journey of love and lust.

When Chan comes to Vancouver to be with his wife, he finds her sleeping with a local cop, as well as discovering that the deed to his house has been sold. Devastated, he wanders the streets, and is eventually helped by a no-nonsense woman who is the sister of Chan's high-school friend. The two start an odd romance, which is periodically interrupted by the ghost of Chan's friend.

Orphan sisters Ai Ti and Ling Tai are not only sexy career girls but girls who make a career out of being sexy. After a succession of the usual disco parties, orgies, and abortions, the ladies discover the true meaning of love.

Vice Squad 633 sends crack narcotic fighters Wong and Miss Chow to the slums to flush out the traffickers. They catch Spareribs, a minibus driver who has become an addict because he foolishly believed in a quack doctor. Wong and Chow decide to give Spareribs another chance and he offers to be an informer. The Wong-Chow team makes a number of arrests, thanks to Spareribs. Lam Kee, the drug ring's boss, fails in buying Wong over. He decides on a diabolic plan to get rid of Wong...
