Life in a Scottish New Town

The cast of BBC2's hit comedy series have taken to the stage of Aberdeen's Capitol Theatre on the final night of their triumphant nationwide tour. Hububb was a Children's Television program broadcast on BBC One in the United Kingdom, it was named after Les Bubb who also played the title character with the same name. The Show ran from 1997 until 2001. Five series of the show were made. The Show was about a delivery man who lives in a tower in the center Edinburgh who kept getting into all sorts of bother, he is also known for using his trusty mountain bike which he uses for his work. The show was filmed and set in the Scottish Capital City, Edinburgh and the tower featured in the show was Melville Monument in St Andrew Square. Hububb was made by Nole Gay productions for BBC Scotland.

Naked Video was a BBC Scotland comedy series, broadcast between 1986 and 1991 on BBC2, the series was created by Colin Gilbert who also created A Kick Up the Eighties and Naked Radio.

Space Cadets is a comedy panel game broadcast on Channel 4 in 1997. It was presented by "High Commander" Greg Proops with Bill Bailey and Craig Charles as the "Space Captains". It ran for just one series with 10 episodes. Like the BBC's Have I Got News for You, the contestants were celebrities and the show was played mainly for laughs. Bestselling author Terry Pratchett once appeared as a guest. When the contestants were asked who was Britain's most shoplifted author, Pratchett immediately answered "I am!" which was the correct answer.
