The Gang engage Marvo the Magician for Peewee's birthday party, but unfortunately all his magic misfires, and he loses Stodger in his special cabinet. Still searching for Stodger, Marvo makes himself disappear.

Toby tries on a dummy ape skin which is intended for the local jumble sale, and is mistaken for a real ape which has escaped from a travelling circus. Peewee manages to befriend the real ape by giving him a bunch of bananas.

Wendy Craig also wrote some episodes under the pseudonym Jonathan Marr. It was made for the ITV network by Thames Television.

Catweazle is a British television series, created and written by Richard Carpenter which was produced and directed by Quentin Lawrence for London Weekend Television under the LWI banner, and screened in the UK on ITV in 1970. A second season in 1971 was directed by David Reid and David Lane. Both series had thirteen episodes each, with Geoffrey Bayldon playing the leading role. The series was broadcast in Ireland, Britain, Gibraltar, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Germany, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Czechoslovakia, Nicaragua and Quebec. Spearhead is a British television series. Produced by Southern Television and broadcast on the ITV network, it ran for a total of three series and 19 episodes from 1978 to 1981. It featured the daily lives of a group of soldiers in 'B' Company, 1st Battalion Royal Wessex Rangers, a fictional British Army infantry regiment. Set during the late 1970s, the series is regarded as an accurate depiction of life during that time for soldiers in the army.

Split Ends is a British Sitcom which ran for one series on ITV in 1989. It was written by Len Richmond and directed by Alan J. W. Bell. Cath is a beautiful woman in her thirties, who runs a hairdresser's shop. Each episode sees Cath trying to decide if she wants to be with Clint or David. The series also featured Barbara New and Nimmy March in supporting roles.

Play for Today is a British television anthology drama series, produced by the BBC and transmitted on BBC1 from 1970 to 1984. During the run, more than three hundred programmes, featuring original television plays, and adaptations of stage plays and novels, were transmitted. The individual episodes were between fifty and a hundred minutes in duration.
