It took place on November 16, 2000 from the Arena Oberhausen in Oberhausen, Germany.[1] The rights to Millennium Final now belong to WWE after their purchase of WCW in 2001. It is one of just five WCW pay-per-view events not made available for streaming on the WWE Network service.[2][3]
