The story of Swedish Metal Aid when over a hundred Swedish hard rockers gathered in the autumn of 1985 to record a charity single.

On 7th June 2013, Europe took the stage in their home country Sweden for a special occasion: celebrating 30 years of rock music. The Swedish rock band celebrated this event together with 30,000 fans at the prestigious Sweden Rock Festival. Europe performed 28 songs, selecting their personal favourite moments spanning from their earlier years up to their most recent songs taken from albums including Last Look At Eden and Bag Of Bones; plus songs performed for the very first time.

Europe will re-release their 2015 War of Kings album later this month, across a number of formats, featuring video of a complete 2015 live performance. The band’s 10th studio album was issued back in March to very positive reviews and the hard rocking Swedes appeared at Northern Germany’s 25th Wacken Air Festival in early August. This performance will feature on the bonus disc blu-ray or DVD and the package is available as CD+DVD, CD+Blu-ray and a deluxe CD+Blu-ray+DVD photo book edition.

Live from the Dark is a DVD released by the Swedish hard rock band Europe. The main feature is a concert filmed at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, England on November 15, 2004.

Live at Shepherd's Bush, London is a DVD by the Swedish hard rock band Europe. The main feature is a concert filmed at the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire in London, England on February 19, 2011. It was released on DVD and Blu-ray on June 15, 2011. Both the DVD and Blu-ray editions will include an extra CD that includes the same concert, except for three songs due to time constraints.

The Final Countdown Tour 1986 is a concert video released by the Swedish hard rock band Europe. It features footage from a concert filmed at Solnahallen in Solna, Sweden on May 26, 1986. The Final Countdown 30th Anniversary Show - Live at the Roundhouse celebrates the multi-platinum album's triple decade success. The band played the album in its sequential entirety at a series of selected cities in 2016, with London's most historically venerated venue playing host to an exceptionally special night on November 12th 2016, which was captured by Patric Ullaeus from rEvolver Film Company AB. Preceding the landmark event, fans were also treated to a live performance of Europe's latest album War of Kings, a release which re-established Europe as one of the top classic rock bands in the world.

Live from Wacken Open Air 2017. In the late 1970s, Joey Tempest founded the band Europe with his school friend, guitarist John Norum, in Upplands Väsby near Stockholm. They achieved international success with "The Final Countdown," their third album. Europe was part of the popular "hair metal" genre of the mid- to late 1980s, featuring bands like Bon Jovi and Def Leppard. The band split up in 1992 and then celebrated a comeback with its original lineup in 2003. "We've been together longer now than before we split up," says Joey Tempest.
