UFC 138: Leben vs. Muñoz was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on November 5, 2011 at LG Arena in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The event aired on the same day, via tape delay, on Spike TV in the United States and live on Sportsnet in Canada. The event was the second that the UFC has hosted in Birmingham, the first was UFC 89 back in 2008 also featuring Chris Leben in the main event. The main event was the first non-title five round fight in the history of the UFC.

UFC on Fuel TV 2: Gustafsson vs. Silva was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on April 14, 2012 at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.

UFC on Fuel TV 9: Mousasi vs. Latifi was a mixed martial arts event held on April 6, 2013, at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.

UFC Fight Night 26: Shogun vs. Sonnen was a mixed martial arts event held on August 17, 2013, at the TD Garden in Boston. The main event was contested between former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Maurício Rua and Chael Sonnen.

The event was expected to be headlined by a 145 lbs UFC Featherweight Championship bout between current champion José Aldo and top contender Conor McGregor. Aldo pulled out of the bout and a interim championship bout between Chad Mendes and McGregor took place at this event. The UFC received official medical confirmation from several doctors that Aldo did not have a broken rib as he claimed and the biggest problem was the weight cutting process being complicated by the injury. This was confirmed when a release of an Xray tied to an old injury was released by Aldo's camp. UFC Fight Night 84: Silva vs. Bisping was a mixed martial arts event held on 27 February 2016 at The O2 Arena in London, England. Michael Bisping was originally expected to face Gegard Mousasi at this event in a non-headliner middleweight bout. However, Mousasi was replaced by former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva in favor of a main event. Three days later, it was announced that Mousasi would face former title challenger Thales Leites.

UFC Fight Night 107: Manuwa vs. Anderson was a mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship held on March 18, 2017, at The O2 Arena in London, England. A light heavyweight bout between Jimi Manuwa and The Ultimate Fighter: Team Edgar vs. Team Penn light heavyweight winner Corey Anderson headlined the event.

WEC 53: Henderson vs. Pettis was a mixed martial arts event held by World Extreme Cagefighting that took place on December 16, 2010 at Jobing.com Arena in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Arizona. The event was the first time that Zuffa has hosted an event in Arizona. This was the final WEC event before merging with UFC in 2011.

UFC Fight Night 37: Gustafsson vs. Manuwa was a mixed martial arts event held on March 8, 2014, at The O2 Arena in London, England. A bout between Alexander Gustafsson and Jimi Manuwa headlined the event. UFC President Dana White initially announced that a bout between Gustafsson and Antônio Rogério Nogueira would be headlining the event. However, just 5 days after the fight was announced news came that Nogueira had to withdraw from the bout due to an injury. Later, reports came that said that Nogueira had never agreed to take the fight against Gustafsson at all.

UFC Fight Night 46: McGregor vs. Brandão was a mixed martial arts event held on July 19, 2014, at The O2 in Dublin, Ireland. The event was expected to be headlined by a featherweight bout between Conor McGregor and Cole Miller. However, Miller was forced to pull out due to an injury, and was replaced by Diego Brandão. Despite the change with one of the headlining participants, ticket demand was high for the event, with nearly all tickets selling out within a few hours of going on sale.

UFC Fight Night 57: Edgar vs. Swanson was a mixed martial arts event held at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas, on November 22, 2014. The card was headlined by a Featherweight bout between Cub Swanson and Frankie Edgar.

UFC 204: Bisping vs. Henderson 2 was a mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship held on October 8, 2016 at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. The event was headlined by a UFC Middleweight Championship bout between current champion Michael Bisping and the former Pride Welterweight, Pride Middleweight and former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion Dan Henderson. The pairing met previously in July 2009 at UFC 100 with Henderson taking the victory via second round highlight reel knockout.

UFC on Fox 22: VanZant vs. Waterson was a mixed martial arts event promoted by the Ultimate Fighting Championship and held on December 17, 2016, at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California. A women's bout between Paige VanZant and former Invicta FC Atomweight Champion Michelle Waterson served as the event headliner.

WEC 45: Cerrone vs. Ratcliff was a mixed martial arts event held by World Extreme Cagefighting that took place on December 19, 2009 at The Pearl at The Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada. It marked the first time the WEC has held back-to-back events at the The Pearl at The Palms.

WEC 48: Aldo vs. Faber was a mixed martial arts event held by World Extreme Cagefighting that took place on April 24, 2010 at ARCO Arena in Sacramento, California. The event marked the WEC's debut on pay-per-view.

UFC 155: Dos Santos vs. Velasquez II was a mixed martial arts pay-per-view event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on December 29, 2012 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
