In the slums of Osaka, various marginalized misfits have their own interpretations of love. Completely alienated from the outside world, they commit sexual perversions, violence and cannibalism.

A middle-aged man walks up to young man who is sitting under a tree and shoots him. The film then flashes back to 1981, where a young woman steals a car with a baby strapped inside. She decides to raise the child as her own, and teaches him to shoplift from stores while she works as a prostitute. She strikes up a relationship with a convenience-store clerk, and the two eventually settle down together.

One of the notable directors of Japan's "pink films," Kazuhiro Sano helms and stars in this erotic thriller in which an isolated resort lures a host of individuals looking to fulfill their desires and sexual fantasies. Packed with extras, the video includes an interview with Sano, bios and filmographies of the cast and crew and a feature-length commentary with writer Jasper Sharp.

Nagano has had a sickness of the heart for 40 years and has been hospitalized at the mental hospital in Fukushima. However, during the evacuation when the Great East Japan Earthquake hit on March 11, 2011, knowing that he’s already completely healed, he makes his way back out to into the world. Having been hospitalized from when he was in his teens until his fifties, his story is like that of Urashima Taro, the Japanese fisherman who went beneath the sea as a young man and returned to an unfamiliar world. However, his heart from long ago is for the first time full of feelings to meet the woman he loved. Before long, Nagano learns that the woman has taken refuge in Tokyo and lives with her son and his wife, and sets out on a bike headed for Tokyo.

The film depicts Nagatoshi, a monk, who is mistaken for the reincarnation of a hero in a small mountain village who looks exactly like him, and who rebels against the government together with the farmers. Unlike its predecessor, which was a period drama in style, this film is more contemporary, incorporating issues such as corruption at a general contractor. The dynamism of the farmers' revolt, with its mass mobilization of extras, is also a highlight of the film.

This gender-swapped take on the horrific murder case of Junko Furuta shows how Jun Furuta's father tracks down the juveniles who murdered his son to find out why his son had to die and to exact his revenge.

　A sequel to "Destroy the Evil", it follows the protagonist of the previous film, who is pursued by the yakuza and moves to a rural town in Chiba. The story concludes with a tragic ending, but as the title "Keep running, keep running!" At the end of the film, there is an image shot of the protagonists who continue to run, as the title suggests, and this is a strong statement to the director himself and to the audience.

These words are also a passionate message to the audience. The love, desire, and fate of these people are depicted in this bold story. The final scene with "Love Me Tender" in the background is very moving.

After appearing in independent films by Matsui Yoshihiko and Ishii Sogo, Sano directed this independent film himself.
