Her brothers join the fight and Sivasankaran declares that he will marry Kunju in 15 days.

Subhadramma is a gutsy woman who raises her two daughters single-handedly after her husband Narayankutty deserts her. With the help of Shivapal and her mother Padmavathi (Ponnamma Babu), Neelima tries many tricks to get Vindhyan killed.

A group of unruly youth harasses Dr. Ramachandran (Mammotty) and his family. His wife (Sobhana) ends up being raped and murdered by this group. Philip (Mammootty) is the owner of a financing company. Raju (Rahman), Philip's younger brother is a drug addict and is put under rehab.
