Five friends go on an adventurous trip just before one among them is about to get married. However, post an entire night of partying, they are shocked to find one of their friends missing.
Shivan Kutty, a jobless youth, is unable to repay his mounting debts. However, his life turns upside down when he is mistaken for Jeevan, a wealthy businessman and his lookalike.
The story depicts the sudden fall of Ashokan, the protagonist of the movie. Once a millionaire, Ashokan is subject to treachery and fraud leading him to lose everything he ever possessed. As a result, he is left with nothing and is forced to live on the streets.
