The name of car manufacturer Carl F. W. Borgward is still synonymous with the West German Wirtschaftswunder. For hundreds of thousands the "Isabella" from Borgward is the first car after the war while Borgward secures thousands of jobs in Bremen. But in 1961, the company of the passionate constructor goes surprisingly broke.

In “Death Angel”, Jakob Ziemnicki's film adaptation of the novel “Walküre” by Craig Russel, Peter Lohmeyer alias Jan Fabel does everything possible to eradicate his most bitter flesh as an investigator: the Hamburg chief commissioner once again chases one of the press as the “angel of St. Pauli "described the serial killer who" punished "sex offenders ten years ago, remained undetected and is now apparently active again. Sörensen quickly realises that there is a lot of bad blood hidden behind the small town's tranquil facade and some well-founded reasons for anxiety...

His "favorite colleague" Mona either doesn't like the fact that Henry doesn't tell her the truth. She doesn't really recognize Henry anymore, with whom she has fallen in love. Ellen is also surprised that Henry, who is chronically exhausted, can afford an expensive racing horse. But there's a reason for the secrecy, because Henry wants to make his dream come true to win the Grand Prix of Germany. His maxim: Believe in losers too!
