The story of a young woman in the effort to discover the ideal love, falling into the wrong men.

New Year 1996. The Balkans are shaken by nationalist wars, after the overthrow of socialist regimes. The wars have resulted in economic crisis and large population displacements. Three women, unknown to each other, from different Eastern European countries, meet in a border town in Bulgaria, in order to cross illegally into Greece.

Petros and Orestis are twin brothers. Orestis was put up for adoption when he was just a baby and was raised by rich parents. One day, Petros witnesses an accident which involves Orestis. Realizing they are identical and taking advantage of the fact that Orestis suffers from amnesia, Petros steals Orestis's life.

A dramatized documentary series dedicated to the life and work of Ioannis Kapodistrias, one of the most emblematic figures of Modern Greece, and first governor of the independent Greek state.
