A tragicomic look at an evening in the life of the newly elected President of the Norwegian Esperanto Society and his nervous preparations for his first Annual General Meeting in this position. Not only must he cope with a defeated rival for his position, but his girlfriend is being followed by suitors and must keep her relationship with him a secret or risk their disaffection from the Society.

Brille is a humor-based quiz show where some of Norways best known comedians get to work on seemingly impossible tasks and questions. The answers are often as unexpected and funny as the panel's train of thought.

Norske Talenter is a Norwegian talent show with the same format as Britain's Got Talent. 16-year old singer Erlend Bratland won the first series and hip hop dance group Quick won the second series. Judges are music producer Jan Fredrik Karlsen, singer and actress Mia Gundersen and comedian/actor Thomas Giertsen. In 2007 Marte Stokstad and Sturla Berg-Johansen were hosts, and in 2008 Berg-Johansen joined Pia Lykke to be hosts. Nytt på nytt is a Norwegian version of the British comedy programme Have I Got News for You, by the production company Hat Trick Productions. The programme is aired weekly on Friday nights. The show is a competition between two panels, where one panelist is permanent, and the other is a guest. The goal is to solve several tasks. The element of competition is largely ignored in favour of the witty remarks and the banter between panelists. The scores are generally overlooked, and have only a brief mention at the end of the show. The host is Jon Almaas, with permanent panelists Knut Nærum and Ingrid Gjessing Linhave. Linhave replaced Linn Skåber from the autumn of 2013. Since the start in the spring of 1999, it has grown to become the most popular weekly show on Norwegian television, with more than a million viewers every week.

The taskmaster has invited five of Norway's best comedians to solve a number of tasks.
