Nuno Cobra Ribeiro, born on August 13, 1938, in São José do Rio Pardo, Brazil, is a renowned physical trainer and speaker. He graduated from the School of Physical Education in São Carlos and completed postgraduate studies at the University of São Paulo (USP). Cobra is best known for his work with prominent athletes, notably Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna, whom he trained during the 1980s and 1990s. His holistic approach to physical and mental preparation emphasizes the integration of body and mind to achieve peak performance. In 1996, he authored "A Semente da Vitória" ("The Seed of Victory"), a book outlining his philosophy on health and success.
