Mortal Enteng Kabisote (Vic Sotto) and his magical fairy wife continue to face danger and adventure in this fourth film based on the popular Filipino television series "OK Ka Fairy Ko." The hazards include a time-traveling mirror, an evil dragon lady, a vampirish villain, a gun-armed bad guy and the ever-present aswangs. As always, Enteng must rise to the challenges to protect his beloved family from all the potential mayhem.

The plot of the movie unfolds through the testimonials of three young sisters: Uring, Luray, and Elya, who recount the grisly sexual molestation they experienced from their adoptive father Timo. The title was taken from the sisters' work as stone tillers in a quarry where most residents earn their living. Apart from being an alcoholic and gambler, Timo is a sex pervert.

Best friends Sam and Carlo do everything together. They do have one secret between them, however: Sam is actually gay, and he’s in love with Carlo. The problem is that Carlo is a big time homophobic, so Sam has to put up an act around him all the time.
