In a French thermal town, a man is found poisoned. His ex-girlfriend is arrested for the murder but her estranged cop daughter tries to prove her innocence which leads her much further than she could have ever imagined.

Bruno falls in love with Christine, a pretty dermatologist. Embarking upon a passionate affair, Bruno immediately wants children. But Christine has lied to him: playing on her beauty, she told him she was 42, but is actually 50.

Paul Vilar, a former officer in the Special Forces, is a specialist in survival and extreme sports. Separated from his wife, he hopes to get closer to his 17-year-old daughter, Sarah, while hiking in the mountains. However, things are not going to work out as he had planned.
