'Chicas Paranoicas' is the first Spanish comedy about the world of fashion in a fictional work, though with dramatic elements. It tells the story of three girls (Ana, Paula and Veronica) who enter it by chance, seeing a way to earn a little easy money, and soon become fascinated.

After her brother's death, June moves to Milan for a fresh start, finding comfort in Will, the perfect honor student at her new international school. But when his troubled best friend James—hiding a dangerous life in clandestine MMA fights—sparks a rivalry that quickly turns into irresistible attraction, June must choose between safety and a love that upends everything she thought she wanted.

June returns to St. Mary’s after the chaotic events that closed the first film. Her mother, April, determined to keep her away from James, tightens her grip on June's life. Around them, their group of friends reunites—amidst old tensions and new arrivals that threaten a fragile balance. Throughout the school year in Milan, June and James fight to protect their relationship against mounting pressures: family control, personal ambitions, and secrets that neither of them is ready to share. Through moments of deep vulnerability, they face the wounds of the past and grow closer than ever before—but the closer they get, the more they risk losing themselves. As the end of high school arrives, June is forced to make the most difficult choice: stay with James or choose herself.
