City boy Bakhtu, (Moammar Rana) goes to live with uncle back in the village. Here he sees Billo (Saima), his uncle's older daughter and falls in love. Terrorised by her stepmother (Bahar) and stepsisters, Billo is forced to serve as a servant in her own home. Bakhtu declares his love for her, which is not going down well with Bahar, who having seen Bakhtu, wants her own daughter Nargis married to him. On the other hand Nargis is not going to wait for dear mummy, and attempts to win him over with a sizzling dance number in the rain, but fails miserably. Things come to a boiling point when the couple are confronted by Bahar, the situation is ill-handled by Bakhtu who insults his aunt, calling her a churail (a witch) and is thrown out of the house. Bahar who want be insulted in her own home quickly makes arrangements for Billo to marry a local Chaudry.

They are not pleased when Shahnawaz brings his newlywed bride, Gulaab to the haveli.

Actress Saima plays double role. In the beginning, she is a city girl who was secretly married to a wealthy man. After discovering that she is pregnant, her husband tries to kill her by throwing her in a river. She ends up landing on an island and given shelter by animals. She gives birth to a baby girl and dies when the girl is five years old. That girl later grows up to be a Tarzan type who lives in the jungle, swings on vines, rides elephants, etc. This standard jungle adventure story has a romantic subplot and, being a Lollywood film, some song and dance numbers. The character of the daughter is also played by Saima.

Preity, a Sikh girl from India, visits Pakistan for yatra. She meets Shaan there and they both fall for each other. Eventually, she had to go back and then Shaan goes to India to marry her but all of extremist India stands between them.
