Fidel, a deaf mugger, sees the possibility of a new life after he start attending to a school for the deaf. However his chances are getting shorter as the a police officer is after his trail.
Angelito tells the story of a poor boy who arrives from Maracaibo and, following his grandfather's death, goes to Caracas. Lost in the big city, he is taken in by a charitable institution run by Mother Chepa.
