A story of a notorious rich man in the upper class society of Colombo and how he has ended up with his wife who has no sense about her husband's illegal activities.

Suwisal has turned 40. He's a forgetful businessman, a philanderer, indifferent to life around him, including his young and lovely fiancée. A visit to the house of his childhood triggers memories that continue to cascade when he is called for jury duty to hear the case against Piyum, a servant he seduced and abandoned 20 years before. Now a prostitute, she is on trial for murder.

Spies from different nationalities stationed in a small Asian island work out a plot to create an international incident taking profit from it. Defrauding CIA through fake reports and running a front company using operating funds, they control the island and use the skills acquired in the service of their countries to pursue their personal dreams of wealth and happiness.

This film is based on incidents that took place in the country within the last 20 years and the impact they caused on the lives of people. It also focuses on the wide-ranging problems faced by the youth of this country.The youth focused on are two young hired assassins, Lionel and Dhammika, who are hiding out while their deed is on every television. The same television also shows them John Travolta's violence in Pulp Fiction--strictly amateur stuff! While they are hiding in Colombo, Bandarawela and Ahatuwewa drink, try on hip-hop clothes, befriend an upper class girl. It's only a matter of time until their acts catch up to them. Will they escape once again?
