The series presents in a political context and boldly many topics, foremost of which is the subject of the election through a tragic treatment surrounded by the comedy of the situation from all sides.

In a dramatic comedy framework, the work tells about Shaheen and his daily dealings with people in Kuwaiti society through the relationships of love, greed and deception that happened to him and those around him.
