Roco Kingdom 4 is a 2015 Chinese animated fantasy adventure film directed by Hugues Martel and Dongbiao Cao and part of the Roco Kingdom film series. The film was released on August 13, 2015. It was preceded by Roco Kingdom 3.

Newspaper reporter Shen Youran (Tong Fei) worked undercover in a black heart hospital and met Nanshan (Hu Xia) who treated her mother. Nanshan disease rushed to the hospital and got trapped in the hospital. Li Er, a 17 year old girl who has great difficulty hearing out of her left ear, is rejected after confessing her love to a boy, Xu yi. Instead the boy is in love with Li Bala, a girl who is in fact in love with Zhang Yang. Li Er befriends Li Bala, who dies due to an accident. As the movie progresses, Li Er overcomes her hatred of Zhang Yang, whom she blamed for Li Bala's death.
