Biography
Jackson Yee (born 28 November 2000) is a Chinese actor, singer, dancer. He graduated from The Central Academy of Drama.
Having achieved immense fame and influence across Asia early in his career(aournd the age 13), Jackson Yee gained global recognition with his powerful film debut in the Oscar-nominated Better Days (2019), for which he swept Best Newcomer awards in his home country and Asia. Since then, he has captivated audiences and critics alike, garnering both critical acclaim and box-office success. He has earned Best Actor nominations at all major Chinese film awards, including the Hong Kong Film Awards, Golden Rooster Awards, China Huabiao Film Awards, and Hundred Flowers Awards, for his performances in a string of record-breaking films such as Better Days (2019), A Little Red Flower (2020), The Battle at Lake Changjin (2021), Nice View (2022), and Full River Red (2023). The six films he headlined have generated a staggering box office total nearing 20 billion RMB.
Yee ranked 1st on Forbes China Celebrity list in 2020 and 2021( the list has not been released since then).
