Invicta FC 34: Porto vs. Gonzalez is mixed martial arts event headlined by a fight between Vanessa Porto and Pearl Gonzalez for the vacant Invicta FC Flyweight Championship. The event also featured the beginning of a flyweight tournament to determine the next number one contender.

Invicta FC 25: Kunitskaya vs. Pa'aluhi was a mixed martial arts event headlined by a fight between Yana Kunitskaya and Raquel Pa'aluhi for the vacated bantamweight championship. The co-main event was originally scheduled to be Lívia Renata Souza facing Jodie Esquibel for the vacated strawweight championship but Esquibel pulled out due to injury. Esquibel was replaced by Janaisa Morandin and the fight was then changed to a non-title bout. Amberlynn Orr was set to face Kelly McGill-Velasco but Kelly accepted a fight with the UFC and was replaced by newcomer Sarah Kleczka. Yaya Rincón was set to face Stephanie Egger but Egger withdrew and was replaced by Courtney King.

Invicta FC 28: Mizuki vs. Jandiroba was a mixed martial arts event headlined by Mizuki Inoue vs. Virna Jandiroba fighting for the vacant strawweight championship. The event was originally scheduled to feature Virna Jandiroba vs. Janaisa Morandin for the title but Morandin pulled out of the fight on March 2. Mizuki was initially set to face Milana Dudieva before stepping in to replace Morandin in the main event. As a result, Dudieva was matched against Christina Marks.

UFC Fight Night 164: Błachowicz vs. Jacaré was a mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship that took place on November 16, 2019 at Ginásio do Ibirapuera in São Paulo, Brazil. A light heavyweight bout between former KSW Light Heavyweight Champion Jan Błachowicz and former Strikeforce Middleweight Champion Ronaldo Souza served as the event headliner.

UFC on ESPN 22: Whittaker vs. Gastelum was a mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship that took place on April 17, 2021 at the UFC Apex facility in Enterprise, Nevada, part of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, United States.

UFC Fight Night 179: Moraes vs. Sandhagen was a mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship that took place on October 11, 2020 at the du Forum on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. A bantamweight bout between former WSOF Bantamweight Champion and UFC Bantamweight Championship challenger Marlon Moraes and Cory Sandhagen served as the event headliner.

After a stirring 2021 campaign in which he won and defended the UFC lightweight title by finishing Michael Chandler and Dustin Poirier, Charles Oliveira begins his second year as champion on May 7 as he defends his crown against former interim titlist Justin Gaethje in the main event of UFC 274. Living up to his nickname "The Highlight" every time he steps into the Octagon, Gaethje will attempt to follow up his Fight of the Year win over Michael Chandler by taking Oliveira's title in a bout that is expected to set the bar high as 2022's best. Plus, UFC strawweight champion Rose Namajunas gets a change to avenge a bitter defeat when she faces top contender Carla Esparza in a long-awaited rematch of the top 115-pound fighters in the the world.

UFC Fight Night: Grasso vs. Shevchenko 2 was a mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship that took place on September 16, 2023, at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada, part of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, United States. A UFC Women's Flyweight Championship rematch between current champion Alexa Grasso and former champion Valentina Shevchenko headlined the event. The pair previously met at UFC 285 in March 2023 in which Grasso captured the title via a fourth round submission upset.
