Wembley Stadium hosts a concert featuring stars from the fields of music, comedy and film, in celebration of the 70th birthday of imprisoned ANC leader Nelson Mandela. Highlight of the evening is the one hour live performance of Dire Straits feat. Eric Clapton.

Recorded at the Hammersmith Odeon in London, 17th and 18th of April 1983. Originally, the video was released along with a video EP of the 'missing tracks'. The remastered DVD puts the entire show back together again. DVD extras were recorded at the Marquee club in London, in December 1982.

Recorded in St. Goarshausen, Freilichtbuhne, Loreley, Germany 18 July, 1987. The recording, made during the first leg of the 1987 Clutching at Straws tour, documents the band at the peak of their commercial success in the mid/late 1980s. The show was attended by an audience of 20,000; support acts were Magnum, The Cult (cancelled), and It Bites. Featuring Fish on vocals, it comprises songs from the four studio albums they released up to that point, i.e. Script for a Jester's Tear (1983), Fugazi (1984), Misplaced Childhood (1985), and Clutching at Straws (1987).

This compilation is the first official DVD release from EMI of Marillion material. This updated video compilation features all recorded promo videos from the EMI years: 1982-1995 Special features include a photo gallery, complete lyrics for all tracks, and a Marillion discography - plus a special bonus hidden track.

Promoting "Sunsets on Empire," his fourth solo album of original material, former Marillion lead singer Fish takes the stage in Poland and performs an energetic set of live music, including the songs "Lucky," "Internal Exile" and "The Company." Other tracks include "The Perception of Johnny Punter," "Goldfish and Clowns," "Brother 52," "Jungle Ride," "White Feather," "Family Business" and "A Gentleman's Excuse Me."

Over four nights at Tilburg's 013 venue (scene of the Ayreon Universe series of live shows in 2017) Lucassen, his band and one of modern progressive music's most emphatic of casts celebrated the 20th anniversary of the third Ayreon album in front of thousands of adoring fans who had flown in from around the world. This is the CD / Bluray version of a brand new (2021) Stereo & 5.1 Remix of Marillion's second album Fugazi.   Disc One features a brand new stereo remix of the album by Andy Bradfield & Avril Mackintosh. Discs Two and Three feature the concert from Le Spectrum, Montreal, Canada on 20th June 1984. Parts of this show were used for the live album Real To Reel, however this is the first time the show has been released in full. The blu-ray contains 96k/24-bit audio of the album and the Montreal show. It also includes a 5.1 surround mix of the album by Andy Bradfield & Avril Mackintosh. Video content consists of "The Performance Has Just Begun" - a new in depth 70 minute documentary covering the making of the album. Also included is a "The Story Of The Songs" track by track analysis of the album by the band, the "Here We Go" live appearance from Swiss TV in 1984 (7 tracks + backstage interview) and the Assassing promotional video.

The Young Person's Guide to Becoming a Rock Star is a British comedy series, which aired on Channel 4 in 1998. It was a six-part satirical take on the music industry, written by Skins creator Bryan Elsley. The plot centered around a young Glaswegian band - Jocks Wa Hey - as they struggle to find success. The series won the 'Best Drama Serial' award at the 1999 RTS Television Awards and, that same year, writer Bryan Esley was nominated in the RTS 'Best Writer' category for the series.
