40 famous Norwegians are competing in 40 competitions. Each episode contains four different challenges, where the loser must go home.
In Spårtsløpet, the contestants are sent out to perform fun and embarrassing tasks and earn as many points as possible for their team. The team with the most points after the season's episodes wins Spårtsløpet.
