Between eleven o’clock and midnight one evening, a notorious trafficker Jérôme Vidauban is shot whilst walking in a tunnel in Paris. The case is assigned to Inspector Carrel, who is Vidauban’s perfect double. Using his resemblance to the arch criminal, Carrel manages to infiltrate in Vidauban’s circle of acquaintances and contacts. He becomes embroiled in a bizarre web of intrigue and discovers no shortage of possible murder suspects, all of whom appear to be surprised to see him still alive.

Carlos, veterinary, poet, musician in his spare time and a fun-minded Don Juan,pretends to be his friend Fernando who has inherited a pharmacy in Madrid. There he meets an old girl friend that attracts him.

Jacqueline and Jacques, newlyweds, are in frequent discussions. The cause is Jacqueline's flirtatious nature, which she has not been able to shake off despite her marriage. One of her tennis partners, Pierre, declares his love for her, but Jacqueline advises him to marry Simone instead. Meanwhile, the husband is approached by an unsympathetic character who suggests that Jacqueline is his mistress.

César Neira, an almost forgotten actor, gets involved by chance with Teresa, a teacher from a small village in Cáceres who has won a radio contest. The prize is a trip to Madrid to experience just for a fortnight the life of the famous and wealthy people.

Two members of a former group of friends find themselves after many years by chance through the streets of Milan; after a moment, memories of the past resurface.

Arbella is a charming village in Corsica. It's such a pleasant place to live that Monsieur Lauriston has decided to spend his old age there with his wife Marthe. Encouraged by Giuseppe, the owner of the Napoleon bar, he is promoted to mayor. This brings him the wrath of Captain Bartoli, owner of the Café Bonaparte, a self-styled pirate and navigator who has long aspired to this honorable position. Further complications arise when Lauriston's nephew romances Antonia, the daughter of Amoretti, the last bandit of honor in the area and the town's main tourist attraction.

As a consequence, in this post, he has managed to make a comfortable living and even acquire a country mansion. Retirement beckons and he is going to be able to enjoy the quiet life at last. The wedding of his daughter, Genevieve with Andre du Velin, a well born playboy is going to endanger this dream, for Genevieve is ignorant of her father's job. However, her fiance doesn't see any problem with this.

Diavolo's bandits fight Napoleon's troops and so King Ferdinand IV, the Neapolitan king, makes Fra Diavolo a Colonel. In the meantime the bandit also falls in love with Marietta, the king's illegitimate child.

Originally titled Nous Sommes Tout des Assassins, We Are All Murderers was directed by Andre Cayette, a former lawyer who detested France's execution system. Charles Spaak's screenplay makes no attempt to launder the four principal characters (Marcel Mouloudji, Raymond Pellegrin, Antoinine Balpetre, Julien Verdeir): never mind the motivations, these are all hardened murderers. Still, the film condemns the sadistic ritual through which these four men are brought to the guillotine. In France, the policy is to never tell the condemned man when the execution will occur--and then to show up without warning and drag the victim kicking and screaming to his doom, without any opportunity to make peace with himself or his Maker. By the end of this harrowing film, the audience feels as dehumanized as the four "protagonists." We Are All Murderers was roundly roasted by the French law enforcement establishment, but it won a special jury prize at the 1952 Cannes Film Festival.

Cumbres Luminosas (Montserrat)

When she married her snobbish lawyer husband a woman hid her family's modest background from him. Her father, who is in fact a plumber dresses up as a duchess in order to fool him.

Bitru is a carefree fellow who, one day, decides to buy a houseboat on the River Seine. He moves there and starts living surrounded by a circle of colorful friends. A couple of friends, "Carmen" (Silvia Solar) and "Miguel"(Germán Cobos), fail to raise the money needed to marry. These difficulties encouraged the illusion of the boy, who wants a shot leaving for another country. The dreams of "Miguel" are approved and encouraged by "Don Pablo", (Pepe Isbert) musician of the Municipal Band and uncle of Carmen, in his years young was unable to reach them. On the other hand, Carmen lives with his aunt "Antonia" (Matilde Muñoz Sanpedro), which does not speak with his brother "Don Pablo", and whose sole ambition is to see married her niece, because in order to "maid" in the family there is enough with her. But with the arrival in Cádiz of the president of a south American country, everything is going to change course.

A valuable painting has been stolen from an art gallery in Paris.. On a train travelling between Paris and Rome, Zutra, a mysterious and sinister character, tries to find the stolen painting.

The frustrated husband falls for her but gradually realizes that the light mercurial creature cannot possibly fulfill him. Véronique, feeling miserable, understands she is on the wrong track. She promises Pierre that she will make efforts to reconcile work and married life. Véronique and Pierre will live and work together again, each one forgiving the other for their faults.

L'amore di Norma

A burglar, Bob Duchemin, is charged with murder following a mysterious settling of accounts. Suspicion also falls on the manager of a cabaret on the Champs-Elysées, as well as the owner of the establishment, Enrico. But Bob is also found guilty and sentenced to twenty years' hard labor. Soon abandoned by his fiancée, Lili, Bob learns that she has become Enrico's mistress, one of the attractions at the Tipico. The young singer's affair quickly makes her an international star. For his part, Bob escapes and seeks revenge. He meets a young pure freak who dissuades him from carrying out his murder plans. Bob kills Enrico anyway, but in self-defense. Afterwards, having been found innocent, he will be able to "remake his life" with the pure young girl.

Three sketches that all start in the police station, where Léa, La Pintade and the brigadier himself tell their little stories. The story of Danielle, who bamboozled the impresario Mortimer so well that he made her his wife; the story of the sad little Simon, deprived of a father and unable to stand the mockery of his friends; and the story of the daughter of an ex-convict who - by golly - steals a statue on the day of her First Communion.

Charming, charming but unstable, Rudy is married to Lydia. He dreams of becoming a famous painter. Jo, a guide in a tourist agency specializing in nightlife in Paris, has a "shadow" of his own in the scatterbrained Annette, who is determined to marry him. While touring the capital's cabarets, Jo meets a model, Jacynthe, and her photographer, Daniel, as well as a star, Jackie, and her manager, Helios. The latter organizes a mock jewel robbery for publicity purposes, with Jackie as the victim. But contrary to expectations, the robbery takes place.
