A family involved in illegal business dealings begins to be executed by a mysterious killer. A deaf man approaches them to help them. And many suspects arise from the disappearances. The family starts to fall apart by the killer but no where to be found.
A group of special agents from the DEA begin an investigation to find the whereabouts of Mancera, a cartel leader who designs a special, modern drug that is injected into people with weak minds.
