The story begins at a big football game where Snoopy wins a game from Peppermint Patty's team. That night, Snoopy gets out a radio, learns some 80's dance moves, and becomes Flashbeagle.
The Monchhichis are monkey-like creatures living in the forest land of Monchia. The tribe leader is a magical wizard called Wizzar, who can make up spells and potions to defeat their enemy, Horrg, and the evil Grumplins of Grumplor.
