Slammiversary XII was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion. It took place on June 15, 2014 at the College Park Center in Arlington, Texas and was the 12th anniversary celebration for TNA, the tenth event in the Slammiversary chronology, and the third event in the 2014 TNA PPV schedule.

On July 31st at 6:05pm ET one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, 16-time former World Heavyweight Champion, two-time WWE Hall of Fame inductee, member of NWA Hall of Fame and Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame - he is "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair who will step into the ring for one final match broadcasted exclusively and live on FITE straight from the Nashville Fairgrounds. In the main event of the evening Ric Flair will walkin' that aisle one last time for the final match of his 50-year career. "The Narural Boy" teaming with Andrade El Idolo to face off Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett. This long awaited last match will be part of the pro wrestling's history and you do not want to miss it.

TNA held a series of matches featuring 10 Gut Check participants competed in singles matches and tag match against 10 members of the active roster: if they would win, they would move on to compete in the main event match where the winner of that match earns an appearance on the next live Impact Wrestling. It took place on February 16, 2015, from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida and was shown in PPV on September 4, 2015.
