António (21) lives in a small town and one day goes to Lisbon for an audition at the Conservatório Nacional de Dança. On the way, he meets Sebastião (25), a musician who goes in search of a life without limitations.

In “Allostasis”, we follow the journey of Afonso and Marco, inseparable friends involved in a toxic relationship. Between cigarettes, music and moments of fleeting happiness, they confront their emotional demons in a chaotic night. The story reveals the ups and downs of this bond, between intense connections and emotional exhaustion, showing the struggle to preserve a passionate connection as it falls apart.
