Liam O'Connor-Genereaux is a writer and director from Vermont, best known for the LGBTQ+-inhabited dark fantasy "The Butterfly Queen" (2023) and the pop-rock opera "Zephyr" (2016). His stories focus on relatable characters in bizarre situations, and he is known for crafting ambitious worlds on shoestring budgets. His work explores the imaginative expanses of rural life, inspired by his childhood in the woods. He was once run over by a bale of hay.
