Edmond Dantes, a young sailor from Marseille, is being dragged in chains to the Chateau d'If, a state prison. In 20th century Paris, a farewell reception is being held after the a millionaire who had founded many enterprises. His will says that his eldest son George will succeed the count with the stipulation that he marry a woman of either blue blood or high society within half a year but Georges dreams of marrying and loving forever a woman destined to cross his path. He feels oppressed by the idea of getting married merely to fulfill his father's will. His friend tells George to go easy, advising him that marriage is one thing and love another. He then leads George to a revue theater he knows well. George, who gets drunk at the theater, remembers his father's advice in the will: Go to church when in distress. He heads for a church. However, on the way to the church, he falls down. At the moment he thinks in fading consciousness that he is freezing to death, he sees an angel.

An anonymous letter is delivered to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. The letter states that a criminal of a murder case will appear at the countdown party Masquerade Night that will be held at Hotel Cortesia Tokyo. Detective Kosuke Nitta must go undercover and work again at the Hotel Cortesia Tokyo. There, he meets Naomi Yamagishi, who works as a concierge. Without any information about the criminal, except that the person will be in attendance, Detective Kosuke Nitta works feverishly to find the criminal among the 500 attendees.

In January 2009, the Korean historical fantasy/drama The Legend, featuring Bae Yong Joon, having been turned into a Takarazuka-style musical by playwright and director Koike Shuuichirou, was performed by Flower Troupe and attracted a lot of attention. The story takes place at the time when the protagonist became the king of Gouryeo, which existed on the Korean Peninsula from the era before Christ until the 7th century. It tells of a repeating fate and agonizing love that has lived on for thousands of years. This time, it will be brought to the stage in a new version by a new Star Troupe led by Yuzuki Reon.

After the death of her husband Charles from illness during the war, Scarlett goes to Atlanta, a hive of activity that is serving as a munitions base for the army of the South, to live with her sister-in-law Melanie and others. Scarlet has long been in love with Ashley, Melanie's husband. She had left her hometown in the hope of being reunited with Ashley, who had gone off to war, but now she has run into another man. This one is rumored to be a rogue who is making excessive profits by running the North's blockades, transporting military stores to the South. He is Rhett Butler, who had earlier spotted Scarlett secretly confess her love to Ashley at a party held at the Wilkes residence, also known as the "Oak Estate."

The setting is the Italian capital of Rome, whose postwar economic revival is flourishing, during the 1960s. One man, Salvatore Ferri, pulls off a stunning debut at the Florence Men's Suit Collection. "Gran Cielo" tailor's, which he started up and became the most famous in Italy, will be launched in America, he has decided. Gran Cielo suits are said to bring out the appeal of any man who wears them, and they have gained popularity both at home and abroad. Salvatore Ferri has had great success with his new business — selling ready-made suits at low prices to the masses. A crew from a U.S. TV station arrives in Italy to do some reporting for a documentary program on him. Filmmaker Leonard (Lenny) DeLuca annoys the fussy Salvatore Ferri at first, but then comes into contact with his personality, which refuses to tolerate compromise in his job. In short order, the filmmaker starts to take an interest in him.

The man known as Silver fights with demons from his past without knowning what they are. He lost his memory during some traumatic event, and was taken in by Ray. He now works with Ray to kill corrupt politicians and other powerful men. However, he has a very nihilistic outlook, believing he has nothing to live for, no matter how much Ray argues with him.

As she decides to schedule an extra rehearsal ahead of her final concert before graduation, tensions rise among orchestra members, each struggling with their own lives. Having always been relied upon, Dorothy is shaken by the backlash. Overwhelmed, she runs out of the rehearsal room and vows to give up the violin. Suddenly, a noise fills the air, and sheet music and instruments begin flying around… When she opens her eyes, she finds herself in a fantastical world far from reality — the Kingdom of OZ, a city of music. What awaits Dorothy there...?

Daimon Michiko is a 37-year-old freelance surgeon who is part of a questionable “doctor placement service” that has her wander from hospital to hospital. The harsh environment at the hospitals led many doctors to retire from their positions, forcing hospitals to make use of said program to fill the empty spots at least temporary. However, Michiko doesn’t look like a doctor at all with her flashy clothes and eccentric attitude. In the first episode she raises objections to a certain operation which is planned to be done by the head of a hospital who hasn’t performed an operation for a very long time. This causes Michiko to incur odium at the hospital, however, everyone becomes frozen when Michiko points out the outdated skills of the director. She also holds a scrupulous compliance when it comes to her working hours, never does any unnecessary chores that don’t require a medical license, and couldn’t care less about the power struggles within the hospitals. Nobody knows how she acquired such a top-level skill that allows her to claim exorbitant sums as reward, but her private life is an even greater mystery to everyone around her. Tanaka plays a rookie surgeon, Uchida an anesthetist, Kishibe the head of the placement service, and Ito the head of the surgical department of this institution.

Yu Takanashi, a former surgeon, joins the Comprehensive Diagnosis Department at Tenikai General Hospital, where he works alongside the brilliant yet eccentric Takao Ameku to solve mysterious medical cases.
