Randolph and Scott Wayne visit the scene of the incident from the predecessor. Their brother Clint has been in a psychiatric ward since his attack on the unknown killer. Their mistrust of him does not pay off, both are executed by the unknown killer...

Clint Wayne has put the terrible events of the past behind him and runs a small car repair shop. Unbeknownst to him, his girlfriend Nancy is Dr. Brown's housekeeper. Dr. Brown pressures her and demands that she marry him. When she refuses his request and tells Wayne about it, she is kidnapped. Clint panics and sets off in search of her. But it is not yet clear who is behind the kidnapping: Dr. Brown, or Kraven, who has been brought back to life by his demonic father. The events come thick and fast and become increasingly opaque. In the end, Nancy takes up the fight against the evil forces alone and seems to have blown out their life-lights for good...

Dr. Rock and his sadistic assistant Dr. Brown clear up the imprisoned Clint Wayne: Kraven is Dr. Rock's brother Victor, whom he kept hidden in a cabin in the woods for years because he committed murder. For this, Victor had to serve Rock's cruel experiments. After a bitter disfigurement, he fled into nowhere and from then on was up to mischief as a serial killer who can only be killed with his own knife. No sooner has Wayne been cleared up than Kraven appears on the scene and takes cruel revenge on his brother and his nasty henchman Dr. Brown. Wayne manages to plunge his own knife into Kraven's body, destroying him forever. But is it really forever?

Clint Wayne sets out to avenge his two brothers. His doctor, Dr. Rock, notices that Wayne has escaped from the psychiatric ward and instructs the professional killer Marlon Gorleone to bring him back and destroy the unknown psychopath who is still on the loose. Rock himself is to blame for his existence, as he experimented on innocent people many years ago. Gorleone meets Wayne, who overpowers him and confronts him. Wayne learns that Dr. Rock does not have a clean record and confronts him. Then the slasher Kraven turns up and events come to a bloody end.

Traveler Clint Wayne is looking for his aunt's house in a deserted area. When he stops to take a look at the map, he is attacked by an unknown, disfigured killer. Wayne flees in panic. Eventually he is able to stop his pursuer by hitting him extremely hard.
