Estes catapulted into the world of filmmaking at the age of fourteen, crafting his maiden documentary, "Griffins In DC: A Middle School Trip Documentary" (2019), chronicling his 8th-grade excursion to Washington DC. Since that auspicious beginning, his creative journey has been marked by a series of collaborative efforts, notably with his award-winning role as Edwin Craven in 'The Lost Voyager' (2021). This film not only showcased Estes' acting prowess but also earned him the prestigious 'Best Editor' accolade at the 2021 72-hour Teen Film Challenge. In this high-pressure competition, he and his team successfully crafted a compelling short film within a mere 72 hours, demonstrating Estes' ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
