Jeong Ui-cheol (정의철) is a South Korean actor. He is married to actress Oh Ye-seol (오예설), whom he met while filming the Korean movie My Little Baby, Jaya. *** Not to be confused with the South Korean actor and model of the same name born in 1985.

Won-Sool is an adult man with cerebral palsy. His daughter Jaya is his pride and joy. Jaya though is bullied at school and even worse things happen to her. Won-Sool later decides to get revenge on his daughter's tormentors.
